    Very bad experience & harassment with BSNL FFTH. Even after 10 days I am making calls to get connection activated. Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

    @VodafoneIN Do not choose this chor company @VodafoneIN. Useless and pathetic service of internet. I recharge with 199 but net working like road rolar. Coustomer care and ivr services of voda can give blood pressure problem. Port your sim to bsnl or Jio.

    This is a new turn... i hope these BSNL employees behave professionally and help govt to revive it. I remember my exp with them once. Horrible customer care. They just let the consumer suffer.

    @BSNLCorporate 3g Speed is still slow in our locality,recharge of 399 is going waste.when bsnl 4g is launching in punjab circle.. Regards, A faithful bsnl customer.

    @BSNLCorporate There is a issue for network. If these conditions in city what we except in rural area I want to attention ur working style is not good for bsnl future I'm regular customer but still I am facing problems either in Chandigarh and rural area Do needful action

    Very poor customer service by bsnl mobile i try more 5hrs to connect with customer care but every time line busy waiting msg and i get msg your service stoped due to not recharge mobile no i dont know why they cant compete with jio or airtel @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

    @BSNLCorporate not getting proper speed on bsnl 3g..during power cut signal goes completely down and internet also dont work..area- sector 71 mohali..tower location- village mataur,sector 71 mohali.

    @KanganaTeam @diljitdosanjh how can a small farmer go nd sell his crops in other states?For eg. Few years back BSNL was the only service provider(govt)then many pvt. sector entered into market Jio like services gaved many types of discount earlier& now every month prices are increasing.

    @BSNL_PB Again complaint occur balance deduct my account but rechage not done, i am not free to visit everytime your retail outlet or bsnl office. Seriously after complete 3 months i will port to another company and everyone to recommend to usea other than bsnl.

    All big players are playing with telecom customers. Experiencing very poor network from #AIRTEL in vizag city ever since price hike has happened. Strategically killed all players including BSNL in this sector and playing with the customers. Is there any end to this?

    @BSNLCorporate Prompt action in the sense ? Even after lapse pf considerable amount of time, issue remain unresolved. This is why customers are preferring private brondbands over BSNL.
