They aren't providing us the plan that I require they are asking me to go for higher plan. And also they are asking 7000 rupees extra for installation. Where bsnl don't charge anything as per rules.

Jio CX care said they are oversubscribed and cannot help. Stopped using 2 Jio nos. Got new BSNL Sim & it works.
