    @BSNL_HP Sir BTS issue at Garli in Dehra SDCA of Dharamsala SSA is still unresolved. May I know the present status of the matter. It has already been over three months that customers are waiting for BSNL signal in their cellphones. @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    Very bad experience & harassment with BSNL FFTH. Even after 10 days I am making calls to get connection activated. Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate #BTS installed in #Garli under #Dehra SDCA of #Dharmsala SSA in @BSNL_HP is still off. Almost two months period elapsed but problem of customers is still unresloved. Plze do sonething at earliest as #BSNL image in this #heritage village of India is at stake. @BSNL_HP @CMDBSNL

    how a person can restart the router within the conference call or online classes. Either Airtel provide me solution for this or refund me the balance amount and I will take broadband connection from Jio, BSNL, Connect or NetConnet. I am feeling cheated by Airtel. Same on you..

    @prem_sukh29 @netplusofficial Please don't go for Net+. Buy a BSNL SIM and even that would be better. It's been 2 days that the internet is not working and this problem is so common. Just check their reviews on Google, Net+ has terrible service.

    India's biggest telecom problem is the lack of a strong third player. It's either Airtel or Jio. Fed up with both, I wanted to try BSNL or RailTel. Registered on their websites, but never received a single call. Meanwhile, Jio sent multiple messages within days. Today, frustrated with Airtel's internet issues, I switched to Jio. But Within hours, the connection stopped working. What's even more frustrating is the complaint process. Started a chat at 4 PM, waited until 5 :10 PM with no response. Diagnostics showed "No Issues Found" while the internet was down. The installation engineer spent more time explaining TV channels than explaining how to raise a complaint or get support. When it takes 2 hours just to report a fault, imagine the customer's frustration. And BSNL should seriously introspect. Despite being a government-backed operator, basic customer acquisition and responsiveness remain a challenge. Taxpayers deserve much better 😔 @JM_Scindia @DoT_India
