    @BSNL_PB Ok thanks...but BSNL mobile tower in mataur,mohali is not working properly..when there is a power cut in the area there is no signal.

    @GMTD_Chandigarh My BSNL fiber was installed by infinity Zone, It's been an years I am your customer. it's been more than a week since my internet is not working properly, yesterday they came and said he will come today after 3PM,I asked them why not in morning but they refused.

    @BSNL_PB I recharge on 24 june with 399 amount deduct but till now day not regarge done and not refund any money i pay again 399 for recharge, you also know how can i trust on bsnl if not solve my issue till now day

    If this is policy of bsnl to revise rates arbitrarily without consent , better get connection disconnected . And would also file complaint with consumer forum

    Very poor customer service by bsnl mobile i try more 5hrs to connect with customer care but every time line busy waiting msg and i get msg your service stoped due to not recharge mobile no i dont know why they cant compete with jio or airtel @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_PB Again complaint occur balance deduct my account but rechage not done, i am not free to visit everytime your retail outlet or bsnl office. Seriously after complete 3 months i will port to another company and everyone to recommend to usea other than bsnl.

    @bsnl_care Despite repeated complaints, I have received no clear response. Please explain the reason for this outage immediately. If any loss occurs due to this prolonged disruption, BSNL will be held responsible.

    @RajeshGond44966 @BSNLCorporate Brother please complain in the CPGRMS portal ask your relatives and friends to complain in the same so maybe they are going to work on your issue otherwise bsnl give you the same statement that we are trying to resolve your issue and bla bla bla..

    I applied for a new BSNL Fiber connection through your portal, but no update. The local fiber representative is demanding 3,500 for installation, whereas your customer support informed me the installation charge is only ₹500.I have already raised a complaint @BSNL_KTK, no update
