@rsprasad SIM card of postpaid number 9408708540 of BSNL taken in Gujarat has become faulty. I have shifted to Chandigarh. BSNL has emailed that I would have to go to Gujarat to get it replaced. Can it not be done in Chandigarh. Please help.

@KanganaTeam @diljitdosanjh how can a small farmer go nd sell his crops in other states?For eg. Few years back BSNL was the only service provider(govt)then many pvt. sector entered into market Jio like services gaved many types of discount earlier& now every month prices are increasing.

Very bad experience & harassment with BSNL FFTH. Even after 10 days I am making calls to get connection activated. Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

@VodafoneIN Do not choose this chor company @VodafoneIN. Useless and pathetic service of internet. I recharge with 199 but net working like road rolar. Coustomer care and ivr services of voda can give blood pressure problem. Port your sim to bsnl or Jio.

Since taking charge as Minister of Communications in June 2024, Jyotiraditya Scindia has driven notable changes at BSNL. Financially, BSNL turned profitable after 18 years, posting Rs 262 crore in Q3 2024 and Rs 280 crore in Q4 2025, with a 9% revenue rise and 18% cost reduction. Subscriber numbers grew by 55 lakh, reaching 9.1 crore by February 2025. Scindia pushed for a 4G rollout, targeting 100,000 sites by May 2025, with 93,000 already installed, and 5G by mid-2025. Government aid, including Rs 3.35 lakh crore in 2019 and Rs 1.64 lakh crore in 2022, supported this revival. A new logo and seven customer-focused services launched in October 2024. Critics, however, question service quality, noting lawmakers use BSNL SIMs mainly because they’re free, and highlight reliance on government funding, raising sustainability concerns.

@BSNLCorporate I recently bought a new BSNL sim card and it does not have VoLTE, and customer care is asking me to visit BSNL office. Isn't it stupid, when I was buying the sim card at BSNL office right at that moment VoLTE should be activated or activate it remotely.
