It's been 2 days that the internet is not working and this problem is so common. Just check their reviews on Google, Net+ has terrible service.

Both office and home has WiFi and there is no point in getting a high priced internet pack for 1/2 hrs per day. While other carriers constantly improve indoor coverage BSNL is so poor that the network itself isn't available at certain corners of the home. I regret porting.
