    @kannan_tweetz @nkchandar @BSNLCorporate I paid around ₹7500 to get connection. They fix the rate by inspecting the place of connection. Even after long negotiations I had no other choice but to go with it. I think BSNL office has no role in installation.

    @BSNLCorporate is there any roadmap for starting 4g service in up West/uk...ya fir bechne ki taiyari chal rahi hai? Very shameful for US being a long time bsnl subscriber!!

    @cgmbsnlkerala I contacted JTO, local LCO but unfortunately they told me thier is no BSNL ftth service available at my premises .. . Because of my attachment to BSNL i decided to be with BSNL FTTH but bsnl not showing such thing to the loyal customers like me .

    Sir, I am trying to get UPC. I sent many times Porting request. But I can't receive the UPC. The Customer care executive said that is something wrong with BSNL service. This is happening Since more than one month. Please help me in this regard.

    @cgmbsnlkerala My residence is just around 3 km from the local exchange .. how bsnl get profitable if this the situation . Customer need the connection but BSNL won't provide . Other private fiber service available but I am not interested... If u can do anything plz do
