@CPMeena91417602 Why to support BSNL. That does not cooperate in any way. Validity extension is a big problem. Nothing is told about validity extension.

I dont want to disconnect it just because BSNL self service portal dont give option to downgrade the plans. I Already paid 10 times (which has become norms now a days because of this pandemic) the actual installation amount for getting a connection at my place. Please downgrade.

@BSNL_KTK @BharatFibreFTTH I am unable to downgrade my plan in BSNL self service portal. Can you please help me ? I cant go to BSNL office for this as I am working remotely now. I want to downgrade the plan to a minimum one so that I can upgrade it later when needed.
