    Do we need to pay full monthly bharat fibre bill if for almost half month bsnl fibre is not working @bsnlupe @BSNLCorporate net is down since last evening, hampering our office work

    @BSNLCorporate Whom to ask when your broadband service are down? Because daily it shuts down and no one takes the responsibility. How to do work from home without internet? Or else you can say BSNL Broadband service is waste of money so that at-least we wouldn’t waste our money.

    @deovratk @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate Airtel doesn't service our area, only BSNL does, most operators term it a low density area so are not willing to set up the infrastructure.

    @BSNLCorporate SDO has mislead you neither we are getting speed greater than 8MBPS (we are getting between 4-5 Mbps) nor the instrument has any issue and we did allow bsnl staff to enter but they do nothing they tell that problem is in some line and never fixed it.

    @BSNLCorporate Application was sent by the Whitefield bsnl office to the officer who is supposed to refund. Atleast call and ask what Details you want. Landline # allocated during application submission time is 29515669 in Dec 2019. Connection never given.

    Today I recieved an email from bsnl sgr office in which they have mentioned that u have pending amount of 16481648 only 🖕 when I talked to customer care they said u have only one month pending that is 1600 only. Is @BSNLCorporate trying to loot us in this way now
