@BSNLJHARKHAND @rsprasad BSNL service at ADITYAPUR-1, JAMSHEDPUR JHARKHAND is very IRREGULAR .It can be CHECKED. IMPROVEMENT is needed as OTHERS are doing. Competent Authority must be deployed to short out such crisis. Thank you !
