    @BSNLCorporate Whom to ask when your broadband service are down? Because daily it shuts down and no one takes the responsibility. How to do work from home without internet? Or else you can say BSNL Broadband service is waste of money so that at-least we wouldn’t waste our money.

    @Airtel_Presence Shame on Airtel. A worst network experience. BSNL even better than airtel network. They provide 5g Unlimited data but it's not working. What a scam, it's a scam service 😠. Please don't use airtel network. It's a "SCAM" scam scam scam "SCAM"

    @santanu385 @bsnl_care You should port as soon as possible, I am facing the same issues and these can never be resolved and you know it even BSNL knows it. And one more thing i want to add, there plan costs are suddenly increasing. Thoda bahut hi diffence bchega kuch time k bad.

    @airtelindia my wifi is not working for 14 days and despite repeated complaints there has been no resolution,your complaint resolution delays will force customers to go for other service providers your response gives the feeling of a BSNL customer. Como ref no 11012135857

    @BSNLCorporate @robertravi21 First improve your customer service. Last one month I was not able to access the internet. I have taken BSNL Fibre internet connection and paid for one year subscription. Improve customer service solution.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl mobile network is again unavailable in birul bazar. Bsnl mobile network is totally unreliable it goes and doesn't come for days to weeks. No matter how many compliments you register. Please restore the network and ftth after reading this message.
