    @SudhakarAlvala located far away from the complainant’s village, therefore the complainant’s location is having poor/limited coverage. Also, respective TSPs have informed that currently there is no immediate solution. 2. M/s BSNL has informed their team has visited the complainant’s (2/3)

    @BSNLCorporate Yesterday my BSNL prepaid mobile number displayed twice the amount deducted message while I was not using any service To know this I called 1503 customer care number 3 times but I did not get response from the call center despite being on call hold for hours.

    @DoPTGoI BSNL type VRS scheme is needed to save entire government sector. Retirement age too should be brought down to 58 years immediately

    @BSNLCorporate You know why people leave from bsnl as consumer I tell you what reasons people leave. 1. Network is seriously problem of bsnl. Network is work on 2G in home coverage. 2. Sometime 2G to 4G and 4G to 2G switching continues. 3. Home coverage is very bad.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate BSNL tower in dps public school located at Rahul chowk,katras bazar, jharkhand, goes off when power goes off. There is no backup. Whats the use of having the tower in need of emergency? Pls fix it as soon as possible!..🙏

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ We have opted for Fibre Optic Broadband services of BSNL at Changodar, Ahmedabad -382213. My Acct no. is 1024848314. Since yesterday our internet services are down & have raised complaint also. Complaint no. 1058092541.
