    @DoT_India @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe Dear BSNL, I request you to fix the problem as I can't make call to my parent's BSNL number, they say "Beta, jab bijali ati hai to network ata hai aur nhi ati toh nhi ata". Locality is Sahabganj, Dist- Chandauli (UPE).

    @parasaran @KOVAI_ESHAN @balaswaminathan BSNL has come a long way interns of service.... They have improved a lot. The private players are undercutting in the market, which is once again funded by huge loans ... Unfortunate , BSNL cannot do that.. 10 years back broad band means only BSNL...

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle BSNL toll free number not working 18001801503 while calling from BSNL and non bsnl number it’s saying language selection when we press 1 for Telugu or other number for language it’s not considering it’s repeating same prompt 3 times & disconnecting

    @BSNLCorporate Has BSNL initiated any action to resolve the complaint? I'm without any internet services since 7th December. It's been uphill battle to get this issue resolved. Paying customers shouldn't have to suffer this much to get issues resolved.

    @TelecomTalk Govt should set up a PSU to make mobile phones for eco poor people and let #BSNL launch 4G services to cater to this section in Tier 2 & 3 towns n villages. It's the best way to empower the poor masses who remain outside the digital ecosystem. That's proper use of public money.

    @Sherlaukk @alashshukla @tehseenp We know the situation of telecom industry. Formerly we have 3 govt. owned telecom operator BSNL, MTNL & VSNL. Now all merged and only BSNL exists. Govt. is also trying to shut down BSNL. You can see the tarrif charged by private players hesedays .

    @BSNLCorporate There is network problem at my residence in Akash Nagar Kurukshetra while BSNL BTS( Salarpur BTS) is marely 300 meters from my Home. Earlier no issue was there but from last 4-5 month it is troubling. Please resolve
