    CompoundingAI (@compoundingaiin) reported

From CompoundingAI daily digest Creative Newtech Ltd is currently enjoying a massive market rally and is up more than 15% today, driven entirely by headline hype over a ₹3,195 crore BharatNet order from BSNL. The market is bidding this up as a pure revenue multiplier. But if you look under the hood, this order brings severe structural risks that the current price action is completely ignoring. Here is why this demands heavy skepticism: 1) Complete Operational Mismatch Creative Newtech is fundamentally an IT and lifestyle distribution business. They are suddenly taking on a 3 year infrastructure contract to design, construct, and maintain a telecom network in Odisha. Rolling out optical fibre infrastructure and IP MPLS equipment across thousands of rural locations is an entirely different game than moving consumer tech. 2) The Working Capital Nightmare The total project value is roughly 3.36x the company's current market cap of around ₹950 crore. Executing an order of this magnitude will force them to secure heavy project based debt and expand their working capital limits. This will immediately stress their debt to equity ratio before a single rupee of revenue is recognized. 3) The BSNL Squeeze This brings us back to the classic BSNL problem. Creative Newtech and its consortium partner have to fund the upfront procurement and construction. When BSNL inevitably delays site clearances and stretches out payment cycles, Creative Newtech will be stuck funding the interest costs on their newly expanded debt. This is exactly how a massive order book destroys a balance sheet. The market is currently pricing this as a clean rerating trigger. In reality, they are trading short term distribution margins for high risk, capital intensive PSU receivables. Treat this rally as a red flag until management proves exactly how they are going to finance this operation.

instead, he simply calls and asks us to collect parcels from the post office. Is this really the level of service expected from India Post for important letters and parcels? If India Post follows the same path as BSNL did, it will come as no surprise. Please look into this matter
