@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate thanks for your quick response. I got a call within two hours of your reply. But the issue is still unresolved. Officials from BSNL Barwala (Hisar, Haryana) saying they cannot act for AirFiber or FTTH till the number of connections is less than 10.

@BSNLCorporate 23 days after giving letter, they finally restored landline connectivity. Great job by BSNL, should get national award for prompt service! I request @TRAI to allow landline portability to get us out of BSNL clutches & have good service

@BSNL_OR @AshwiniVaishnaw @CMDBSNL Sir, we are Vintage customers of BSNL. Nowadays we are missing BSNL service. There are so many network issues. BSNL's 4G SIM has been given but the network has not been upgraded yet. Why? 3G network is also not working? What to do sir???

@BSNL_MP_Circle I am very disappointed with your service. I have taken the internet connection of BSNL , but out of 30 days it will work for 10 days. Every second day there are some issues. Why can't you people provide proper service.

@BSNL_PB What kind of help is this? You are telling me to goto BSNL office to downgrade plan but for upgrading plan we can upgrade plan online but not downgrade it.Thats why most people dont use Bsnl broadband
