    Been a customer of BSNL for about 30 years with landline and internet connection to number 03322875719. Had to surrender the connection for poor service 2 years ago. Submitted documents to officials for refund of Rs.2800/- approx. with regular follow up. No action. Why?

    @gajanan137 Kaka I don't agree with you on this. Mtnl and Bsnl were doomed to go bankrupt. It is the congress legacy. Please don't blame Mr Lodha. MTNL AND BSNL HAD OPPORTUNITY TO FIGHT WITH AIRTEL JIO VODAFONE WAS AVAILABLE BUT THEY WERE SO MUCH SURE OF GOVT SUPPORT

    @shashidigital Mera bhi Bsnl ka number he, internet very poor and slow, others are coming with 5G and this is a govt company but still based on 2.5G ...... Inka to 3G bhi work nai karta...

    Very bad condition of BSNL fibre here in Chitrakoot district of UP . No one cares here . From last 3 days there is red line in modem and responsible person is keep telling that it has been repaired. Frustrating. Please intervene. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPEast @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @dhruv_rathee I have been doing this since ages.Till now,I guess Im' the only one in India,who is still with BSNL But their service is atrocious,slow and expensive.Everyone say its' my idiosyncrasy and getting a JIO is also promoting a Desi company.But...but..

    @BSNL_KOTD Please maintain your infrastructure to cater the basic call & SMS service. Forget 4G/5G. No OTP / normal SMS is getting delivered in BSNL number from last 4 hrs. customer care are asking to wait another 1 hr. @BSNLCorporate
