    @BSNLCorporate Nobody contact to customer at site. No visit. Your spokesman told to department wrong. Consumer is very upset of Bsnl servicing

    @BSNLCorporate @UMESH220955 Dear bsnl Im following up for poor network coverage issue for almost a month no relief yet calls are not reachable and I'm not able to call. I have DM several times and even raised a complaint which was closed without giving issue

    @ViCustomerCare My mother recently ported her BSNL sim to Vi network. But not able to use internet as it's not getting connected to Internet. Sometimes it does but sometimes it doesn't. Why? Device is Poco M2 Pro. @IndiaPOCO

    @rsprasad @DoT_India B.S.N.L Prepaid didn't hav network coverage wid 3G/4G speed in my locality to utilise any Data Plan of at least 1gb/ Day. B.S.N.L didn't hav any Data Pack plan of 1gb/Month. In both the conditions how to use BSNL connection.Cstmr srvice is worst. DO NEEDFUL

    @BSNL_CHTD My land lin/BB connection (044-22327920) is hardly 3 month old but to my dismay the land line has not been working since 20/10/2020 whereas the BB is working. Had been to BSNL office more than 10 times, met AE @9444743742 many times but the issue remains not resolved.

    In The Era when Every other Private player in the market is going for 5G spectrum, our Govt. Is still refusing to approve BSNL 4G rollouts and Their 4G tenders. But People hardly care about these facts.. all they know is BSNL is bad bro, their speed sucks bro.
