Your towers are so weak that there is no proper network anywhere. Sometimes the network goes off on its own from the phone. After a 2GB recharge yesterday, my BSNL SIM's internet isn't working despite a 4G signal. I also frequently lose all network connectivity when I'm outside.

People question me for not receiving calls whereas i am not getting call notification. In last 3 months, i haven't seen any improvements in voice service of BSNL.
