Inderjeet Kumar (@Inderjeetkumar_) reported@bsnl_care However,when I contacted another BSNL staff member regarding my reserved number and SIM issue,I was told “main kuchh nahi kar sakta” and “main tumko pahchaan nahi raha hu.” This is very unprofessional and confusing for customers.Kindly provide proper support and clear resolution.

Wanted my consent for FTTH not interested for FTTH…BSNL should refund my advance amount.
