    @BSNLCorporate Then my problem, Let me introduce what I am to you. We are BSNL loyal customers and since the early '90s. No one in the family has used another service provider till last year when your so called "broadband" service meant my wife would lose her job.

    @BSNL_OR Still no solution from you. You will never change your service. No internet from past 1hour. Reason - power backup at Daruthenga location is not sufficient. Who is stopping you to provide a permanent solution for this problem? #BSNL #worthless

    @BSNLCorporate no mobile signal since morning, do we wait for the signal or switch over to other network pls suggest, or bsnl is observing environment day by switching off its frequency? There must be prior information before such a big outage, I guess.
