@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Yesterday I went to port to BSNL at BSNL Customer Service Centre Bogda,Kharagpur. I was changed RS 300 for a Rs 249 recharge on BSNL sim card This is really bad customer experience if your employees don't know how to treat them Action should be taken.

Internet works fine but calls get connected using 3G or 2G. Please fix this asap. People want to use BSNL but needc good services @BSNL_KOTD
