BSNL Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Asksai1 Saikumar (@Asksai1) reported

@Indianinfoguide Many BSNL users still rely on 2G/3G, not 4G. Shutting down 3G nationwide and focusing only on 4G seems wrong. 2G/3G have better coverage. Even today, many villages/towns (including mine) don’t get BSNL 4G, forcing users to depend on 2G only.

  • Saikriishn9273 Saikriishnakoushik Gundavaram (@Saikriishn9273) reported

The GHMC and BSNL must take joint responsibility. We will hold the concerned departments legally liable for any property damage or safety incidents resulting from this negligence. Request: Immediate debris clearance, road leveling, and restoration of streetlights.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have a BSNL Sim, four days back start a port to airtel and get the new airtel sim at airtel store, but still the sim is not activated. Very worst service

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD @bsnl_care Escalate a serious connectivity issue. For the past four days, I have been unable to connect from my BSNL number to other networks. This disruption has caused significant inconvenience and is affecting my ability to stay in touch with family

  • AshokMDTech Ashok. M (@AshokMDTech) reported

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Even if you provide 3GB or 10GB, it's of no use. First, improve your network; it is extremely poor. Try to retain your existing BSNL customers. I am compelled to make a decision soon: either switch all my BSNL connections to another network or disconnect the service entirely.

  • ChKishor99999 Kishor ch pradhan (@ChKishor99999) reported

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate, Can BSNL odisha install BSNL network in the Badapur panchayat, pincode - 761005 to avail the new 4G BSNL network. Peaople's having BSNL sim but there is no use because not getting network properly. Please adhere the request.

BSNL is finally planning to shut down its 3G network nationwide to focus on expanding its 4G network for better speed and coverage. BSNL’s 5G rollout is expected in 2026. #BSNL

  • TheRookieTechie Harshit (@TheRookieTechie) reported

@TrakinTech 3G network is BSNL's legacy service which still serves millions, only about 22 million of BSNL’s ~92 million customers are on 4G, most are still on 2G/3G. This doesn't even seem about competing with Jio/Airtel, it’s likely BSNL trying to survive by modernizing and cutting costs.
