Bring a failed model, make certain groups supply cheap quality products and then they all go out of service. No business model, no incentives for running honest business. As I said, we saw this with BSNL.

Traders can lose lakhs because of unstable connections. Had no choice, so we immediately booked Airtel ₹599 basic plan as backup.

The entire BSNL ecosystem is lazy, non-working, unhelpful, toxic and abusing their position because of the job security. No one at BSNL exchange office help. They relax or simply enjoy outside office in working hours.
