Fraud reporting in BSNL compliant reporting system. My complaint 1053932848 closed without solution. Phone is dead since covid unlock,may be more than one month,called more than 50 times for solution. Better to shut down the complaint system @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan @CMDBSNL

@BSNL_BR It was not working properly yesterday too. It was 7th time issue within 20 days. Service was down on 27,28,29,30 May, then on 7th, 9th June and now on 16th June. I don't know if it is BSNL issue or vendor issue, but my service was down.

@BSNLCorporate Really have you checked your DM with me. Ab contact details and address ka kya fayada, jab complaint kiya tha tab koi solution aaya nahi and its Bilaspur CG, I visit bsnl HO and I told them if they assure me to provide FTTH in a month then I'll not discontinue my service by bsnl

I ported out from GSM Airtel to @BSNLCorporate before some days as till now the sim is not activated yet. Contacted several times to BSNL Customer Care but got no response from their side. Last time i ported to jio from another number experienced a great deal. Poor Service!
