    Absolutely terrible experience! Bought a camera from @CPPLUS_Official but customer care is not ready to talk. Puts me on hold mid-call. Either solve my problem (BSNL SIM Issue) or refund my money. This kind of behavior towards consumers is intolerable.

    @BSNLCorporate Fake. Liar. 15 days without any internet. Multiple dockets raised, all closed with "status : resolved". BSNL Office returned us saying they can't do anything. DMed multiple times to @bsnl_care, got "Contact bsnl office" as the solution. We are 20+ yrs customer and getting cheated
