    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @TRAI Frustrated trying to connect to the call centre no 1503 of BSNL Mobile. How do we inform our problem relating to BSNL MOBILE SIM. Please see to it that consumers have some medium to connect to the BSNL people to get there problems resolved.

    Now they are focusing on making money Instead of giving better customer satisfaction service. Airtel service has gone down by a lot. It's great time for BSNL to work on their services and get their customers who are already frustrated by these companies.

    Bsnl represented you told me it will take 24hr to 48hr for stop this kind of call but it now no any action taken by bsnl. I was very disappointed with this service. Kindly do needful for that my no.9714049908

    Hi @10digiapp Having a bad experience with you regarding a MNP from BSNL to JIO (@reliancejio). Ref no TD003758287. Think i was tricked by your advertisement and made a payment of Rs 348 on 5th June towards this. Neither your call center works or mails to you

    @EconomicTimes Our country has poor digital communication infrastructure. Even now also we do not have 4G all over the country. Surprisingly government is also blocking 4G infrastructure to BSNL. 5G for whom?

    Since February my Landline is not working. Many complaints raised but bsnl is not in the mood to fix the landline. Now you have sent me the bill of Rs. 1768, why should I pay if you are not providing the services.@DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ

    We people have BSNL landline that is of no use if we tell and give complain They make it proper after we call them 100 times and on half day again it won't be working. We understand there are few problems as our village is under low lying area we are not able to receive signal.
