Hello @airtelindia are u going to compete ur internet speed with bsnl , why u slow down my prepaid internet service for weekly , ur not solving the problem and only hiking the charges . What kind of service u providing ?

@BSNLCorporate I take pride in using bsnl but those who operate this network never thinks of the end customers or what the customer needs. No app for customer to recharge still now. The website displays so many confusing options/plans as they dont have the number of customer.

@telegram we have someone using my friend's telegram account with his lost sim. Unfortunately we couldn't find another way to reach you guys. This is a BSNL sim and there's no way we could get a duplicate of it immediately. Please help us out before they seriously misuse this.

@BSNL_BR Complaint booked for the Landline telephone number 0612-2354019 on 3rd July 2022 remained unattended and unrectified till today ie 24th July 2022 as well. Bsnl will Bill for this period as well. $ Its price we pay for our loyalty to the Bsnl L.line service -

@BSNL_KTK I am not able to receive SMS from my BSNL number. I can send SMS just fine, but cannot receive SMS since the past 3 days. Also, I have call forwarding enabled, and I can call from and receive calls to that number. Please help
