    @BSNLCorporate FTTH connection drops everyday at Kotdwar, Uttarakhand. No one is responding from the local BSNL office and even the complaint registered are not being resolved. I’m an IT employee and this kind of service is not expected if we pay a premium for the service.

    @mafoikprajan Now please do something about Broad Band facility in Pattabiram. Now work from home has become a norm and we don't have ACT, Hathway,Jio Broadband while BSNL service is not good. People are finding it difficult to use Internet.2/n

    @ViCustomerCare my number has been ported from BSNL to VI network. I opted for 199 plan but after getting network it is showing 399 plan has been activated. Why so ?.. look in to matter

    @BSNLCorporate I am not asking to provide anything for free. My concerns are below: 1. Why BSNL require permission from RWA to lay down fibre ? 2. If anyone asking illegal demands, why not proper channels used by BSNL? 3. Why customers like us suffer and not able to use BSNL services?

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate 2G service of MTNL in CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai remains dysfunctional most of the time. Therefore MTNL mobile calls are diverted to BSNL and are charged at higher rate. MTNL customers suffer for inefficiency of MTNL Mumbai.

    @rsprasad Dear Sir, BSNL BB (04362 223603) not working since Feb2021. Several complaints made via online, emails & phone. Not resolved yet. But receiving bills while the BB is out of order. No one is responding. Please help. Thanks

    LCO as middleman between customer and bsnl...struggling with LCO to get connection routed via concealed pipe for the last 3 months and being asked to arrange electrician at my cost. Not sure why BSNL is charging Rs 300 then as shifting charges.

    @BSNL_UKD .... hi BSNL why are mobile numbers not working since 3 days .... even broadband isn’t working .. many mobile subscriber are complaining ... GOVT should SELL this incompetent company .. tired of complaining @rsprasad
