@BSNLCorporate Any update on my issue ? The issue is still there on the 5th day. I didn't get any update till now. LCO informed that there is some issue from BSNL side. But BSNL customer care not giving any info.@DoT_India

@BSNL_TN HI BSNL, We are using BSNL fiber since past 3-4 years. We are frequently facing either slow speed internet or NO internet. Whenever we are facing this, how can we contact customer care to fix ASAP. Since currently we are in WFH, can u pls arrange customer care ?.
