    @BSNLCorporate Again no network since 3 days. This keeps happening after few days & takes much time to restore. Now it's time to leave BSNL. Bye!

    @BSNLCorporate Still my issue is not solved after 10days. Regularly l contact with customer care and they replied just like a robot " your complaint is open". When my complaint is solved, how many time it's take ,any thing you asked only one reply they give me. Very disappointed with Bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate What i have told on call is now network is coming and since mrng there were no networkso it is habitual for bsnl team to just close the case as the issue is currently resolved they are not ready to give permanent solution for this @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate Has the BSNL broadband service improved? I had surrendered my connection 020 27654620 for pathetic service after waiting and paying for over 2'years.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't think that customers are fool. You guys always ask some bullshit questions and then give some fancy deadlines everytime. I m putting tweets from November 2022 and still this problem hasn't been solved. Even BSNL is providing better service than u. 😖😖

    @TRAI I have a BSNL number, It has no incoming call service and no SMS service, however the outgoing service is working. When the complaint was escalated to BSNL, it was found that the same number which belonged to me was issued to someone else by Vodafone. No resolution till now

    @BSNLCorporate @CGM_GUJ_BSNL @BSNL_GJ complaint no 1060445750 was resolved without any intimation and new complaint no is 1060455140 24 hrs time they asked again, very pathetic i dont know how bsnl will survive in this competitive service era. lady named monika refused to resolv
