    @AnkitKasnia7 @vodafone @VodafoneIndia they only want to charge the customer you have no attitude to provide good service or support to customer. Even after this they will charge you full and will not give you any support, even bsnl works better than VI

    @BSNL_MH Dear Sir, Need your help. Complaint with reference number 1056228421 is marked as resolved without attempting it. Everytime same issue I have been facing. Kindly provide me escalation matrix for BSNL Kolhapur who can help address my issue.

    In view of the same I can understand that: 1. BSNL is only service provider for Internet facility in A& N Islands. BSNL has monopoly so it has nothing to do with customer satisfaction, has no policy of customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Policy of No complaints no problem.

    @prudentgoa Due to rains? BSNL services have been down for years. Don't blame the rain. Try blaming mismanagement , corruption and lazy ***** running that organisation.

    What is the exact installation charges? My friend said it is free, in website it is showing plans but not installation charges? I spoke to a guy from bsnl/vendor, he is saying 1000 for installation and 3500 for modem charges. Need clarity. Kindly help. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate
