    @BSNLCorporate Again no network since 3 days. This keeps happening after few days & takes much time to restore. Now it's time to leave BSNL. Bye!

    @BSNLCorporate Complaint no 1055310166 dtd 22.10.21, Complaint no 1055327440 dtd 25.10.21 shown as resolved without visit or providing resolution. No one responding at BSNL Prayagraj, Civil Lines. The landline not working, no dues pending. New complaint no 1055348361 27.10.21.

    @BSNLCorporate How does one go about getting SMS to work on an existing BSNL Indian number in the US? We have moved back but are now unable to receive OTPs. We also cannot call BSNL for help as the helpline requires a working BSNL phone number. Is there an alternate way???
