    BSNL postpaid helpline is a total waste of time. Long waiting periods, zero solutions, and agents who just push you to the feedback section or tell you to go to a physical office. Terrible experience. @BSNLCorporate #BSNL

    @VD_VIJAYDUBEY Sir, As per information received from Rewa division, the BSNL network is interrupted due to maintenance work is running in BSNL line. The work will be complete soon. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

    @bsnl_care Issue Details: I am using a 100 Mbps FTTH plan. The ONT/router installed by BSNL supports only Fast Ethernet / old Wi-Fi standard, due to which I get only ~50 Mbps. Wi-Fi also disconnects 15–30 days every month. Local staff is asking me to purchase my own router

    My father has been a long-time BSNL landline customer, but the service is very disappointing. Our phone hasn’t worked for 4 days, and complaints are being closed without resolution, forcing us to raise new ones daily. Please fix this immediately.@JM_Scindia @BSNL_KTK
