    @BSNLCorporate Again no network since 3 days. This keeps happening after few days & takes much time to restore. Now it's time to leave BSNL. Bye!

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Sir, I am getting 4g network when i go out from my house. I am not getting 4g network inside my house because bsnl tower near my house is not operating on 4g network. In past when tower operates on 4g then I get 4g inside my house . Please activate 4g on that particular tower.

    @bsnl_care This is to inform again that the reported BSNL MOBILE TOWER is still on EMERGENCY MODE since 30th June 2025. It is OUT OF SERVICE. I have informed several times this but in vain. Understanding that BSNL entertaining at least 10K people to PORT other company.

    I checked and can confirm I wasn’t on IPv6. I (mistakenly) assumed BSNL’s sketchy track record with IPv6 support was fairly well documented -- hence the tweet. I’ve seen plenty of Reddit threads either discussing BSNL lack of support for IPv6 or highlighting issues when it does. Do they even offer it to home users, especially in rural areas like the one I’m currently in? For context, this wasn’t even my connection -- I was at my uncle’s place when it happened.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Don't go for Global, If you can't manage National .My BSNL Prepaid no 9431376511 is not working properly annual payment is valid till October & I complained about this but no results. Annoyed with poor service,going to leave this BSNL and to Port this with others.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care I want my money back or the damn recharge done. Rs368 and Rs40 were successfully deducted but nothing reflected on the SIM. I called BSNL customer care twice, first time the agent said it’s not their problem and gave me a fake, non-working number,
