    @TelecomTalk BSNL also charges 15Rs per month for Missed Call Alerts. This service should be free because the issue happens due to the operator’s own network problems. If the network doesn’t reach the user, it’s not the user’s fault.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR - people are getting seamless internet and we have to lodge complaint daily basis for smooth running of internet/ telephone... Why we should not get rid of this BSNL although you have privatised but they should work - learn from competition airtel and Jio

    @advsanjoy I am using BSNL broadband, and the customer service is at par with Private players like Airtel. Would have never imagined it before 2014. Just saying…
