    Free choice of telecom services doesnt mean gogt should run BSNL. It said freeze on future contributions..they can cash pur existing value with interest and shift to private plans. Only those near retirement or already retired are an issue. If you wanted more specifics you should ask instead of making stupid claims that it isnt libertarian

    Dear @BSNLCorporate, Kindly improve the training of your 1503 customer care staff. One of your executives told me I have to pay to receive incoming SMS — which is completely incorrect. Misguiding customers like this is not fair. Please look into it. #BSNL

    @BSNL_GJ Your service at Surendranagar is worst in the world. Broadband not working since morning. No body at your office know what is the fault. People like you are the reason BSNL is dying

    @BSNLCorporate i have a current plan of 1499. But from last couple of days , sms are coming to my number but i am not able to send any sms. I complaint three times through bsnl selfcare app , but each time app says problem resolved but problem still persist.

    I as a customer cannot escalate the matter to seniors in the company. There is no escalation matrics for a paying customer! The sad part is, the alternatives are BSNL or Jio Air Fiber which are equally bad!
