BSNL has now upgraded router and asking me to buy that for Rs 1500. Else, i have to disconnect. Isn't this ridiculous ? Any upgrade has to be borne by the company. Pl look into it.

Narendar (@killuanaren) reported from Medchal Malkajgiri, Telangana@Aadhaar_Care It doesn't specify any telephone company but upon visible aadhar center they're saying they only allow bsnl telephone bill and if i show this document they're saying to call toll free number and record that airtel landline is acceptable. I means it's there job to know and help

All government and PSU offices to use BSNL only. (Of course service has to be very good) Try some good private office segments also. The whole purpose of currently keeping BSNL alive is for rural India. There is absolutely no sense in using BSNL for B2C segment in urban India - it cannot compete with Jio and Airtel. So better to drop that segment and let go of staff also for that segment

Joseph (@panicker16141) reporteddid MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

Not able to compete with other network providers. Customer care services are so poor that one can not connect to the executive.
