I means it's there job to know and help

BSNL has now upgraded router and asking me to buy that for Rs 1500. Else, i have to disconnect. Isn't this ridiculous ? Any upgrade has to be borne by the company. Pl look into it.

BSNL and other were like **** and Jio came and became no 1 provider as customers chose to go with jio and it is not govt which forced jio on the population.
