BSNL has now upgraded router and asking me to buy that for Rs 1500. Else, i have to disconnect. Isn't this ridiculous ? Any upgrade has to be borne by the company. Pl look into it.

I means it's there job to know and help

I'm happy that only premium customers are on Airtel which keeps the leeches off and keeps the network ultra fast. For all the cheap folks, go to Jio or BSNL.

It works properly for 6โ7 days, but then for the next 5โ6 days there is no signal at all โ no internet, no calling. How are customers supposed to use the service like this?
