    @Magheart2009 It's still not fixed yet. 4th day, this is not the first time. Even after completing in person of broadband and on call. Since my bsnl commercial recharge is 481 and airtel 499, service is much better. So now I have converted business broadband number to airtel xstream fibre.

    Bsnl Broadband is not working whenever there is light cut since there is no connection bw lightcut and wifi , there is light cut of 5-6 hrs and wifi is also not working during this period @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate bsnl is pathetic in terms on new customer building, customer care is big ****.. calling many times since morning, but no response.. simply wasting time by holding call.. this is how government companies functions.. that's why privatization is required.
