    @amalrajthampi @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate FTTH down from last 1 hr while working from home. I have critical maintenance scheduled for my customers today. So if you trust BSNL, even if you wish to provide dedicated trustworthy service to your customers, you can't do that.

    @BSNLCorporate Well the level of quick service is evident form the delay in your reply itself. Rather than accepting or improving, you keep your eyes closed. I hope you can teach the decency to the representatives at your offices rather than your customers. Maybe privatization of BSNL will help

    @suchitrak @ViCustomerCare They are slowly killing BSNL... few fat companies have monopoly (Bad Service & chalta hai attitude “still they making money”) and we end user are slowly getting used to)
