@BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate I'm using bsnl rs.999 fiber plan for 7 months.For this plan there is free Hotstar subscription I have reached to customer care 1500 for thrice,they said u will get within three days or EOD. But still now no activation links I received.Helpme out BSNL

@BSNLCorporate All bsnl employees are lazy they don't work properly . If bsnl work properly to improve its network strength then it will be become india's no. 1 telecom company. There are network problem in my area also. I love BSNL but what can I do?

By the way till now from @BSNLCorporate I have only received a tweet saying something will be done and on mail one Docket Number: BSNL/HQ/2021/EM-33695, which surprisingly says "Our Service representative will address the issue very soon.", may I know what does soon means here?
