    DM not visible & NO RESPONSE as yet @pgm_pune_bsnl for delay in activation of upgraded 5G SIM issued to me on Jan 17 by Shubham ( Mo: 8530601212) at CC of BSNL office, Hadaspar, Pune. Seems deliberate shut down of SERVER to benefit Private Players. @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate

    @CovidEraCaveman @HathwayBrdband @Starlink In Mumbai, non-fiber broadband options (DSL/cable/wireless) with relatively good customer service and strong reliability include: - MTNL: Government DSL, stable backbone, physical support centers; plans up to 50Mbps. - BSNL: DSL/copper, reliable in coverage areas; mixed reviews but quick resolutions via app/offices. - Tikona: Wireless, praised for uptime and responsive support in 2026 buzz. - You Broadband (Vodafone): Cable, decent speeds, improving service per recent reviews. Check availability on their sites. Starlink wait continues till mid-2026.

    @mishraomkar1230 Sir/Madam, As reported, the Router of Sundargarh Court SO had gone faulty and was subsequently replaced. The office functioned for a day or two and after that the new router also malfunctioned. The matter was escalated to CO and BSNL Team at CO, who in turn replied that, new router will only be supplied once the earthing parameters of the office are within ideal values. Since, being a rent free building, the ownership of the building accommodating Sundargarh Court SO lies with State Government. Subsequently, Supdt. Engineer, R&B Division, Sundargarh has been requested to rectify the earthing issue at Sundargarh Court SO, however any reply in the matter is still awaited.

    My @bsnl Internet has not been working for the last 38 hrs. Repeated complaints to their Provider in my area, DSOFT Team have not been able rectify. Very baby customer support!!!

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL has increased the recharge prices but there is no service. Also in this, I got unnecessary messages, after investigating I got to know that, these numbers are registered as earlier customers' names. Is this the service of BSNL?
