No idea how to make it alive again.This landline is solely for broadband usage.Hence do not find much reason to keep this line any more due to Pathetic services of BSNL technical team. Complained raised at local exchange, area manager & at CGM/BSNL/Kolkata without any results. Please arrange permanent disconnection.
