    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate My land line no. 033-22843922 along with Broadband, Entally area, Kolkata is not working since mid December 2019. Complained raised at local exchange, area manager & at CGM/BSNL/Kolkata without any results. Please arrange permanent disconnection.

    Hello, @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Today at 10:04 pm my mobile number port in to BSNL from airtel. I got my tele verification OTP. But when I try to call at 1507, from BSNL I got this message "Sorry, the service is unavailable at the current time. Please try again later."

    @BSNL_KOTD Great BSNL, You are quick to ask for payment, daily mobile message to pay online even when the landline is dead for many months, complaint pending, no one responds, no one attend. Old payment not reversed. Account no.8005616215. Line is still dead. @rsprasad

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate @BSNL my FTTH down for 2 days now, I am not able to work for 2 days. Tried all option but still no luck. Not sure why do you guys even exist wasting people money doing nothing.

    @BSNLCorporate In my home location bsnl only provide 2G service although there is a bsnl tower in my area. Where 5g is knocking, your network provides only 2g network. My area is Chaipat, Paschim Medinipur, WB-721148. Please do the needful otherwise I will port out.

    @BSNL_KOTD Everytime msg is received as your complaint has been resolved but no solution provided. Why should anyone pay for dead phone line every month since March'20. Even during Covid period(thereafter long bsnl strike)of 2 months same msgs sent always. No one rings to verify

    @BSNL_KOTour office line 033-22487811 is not working since May 2020 .complain done several time but no action taken but routinely every month we are paying the bill since May 2020. It is surprising BSNL doesn't revert to complain lodged on phone, via letter and also email.

    Pathetic BSNL Customer care. Dear @BSNL_KOTD My father misplaced his phone yesterday. It has a BSNL Sim along with one more operator's sim. Other Sim I could able to lock. BSNL Customer care is not locking *4342*1593 my father's no. cc @KolkataPolice (1/3)

    @rahul_kaki Hi, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT space your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM, and the porting process will take around 7 working days.     @JM_Scindia Sir My BSNL sim activation not happening.I replaced a 3G sim with 4G yesterday at BSNL Anna Nagar Chennai office. It's now more than 20 hrs.Customer service. want me to again go to that office to check. In this day n age why such bureaucracy. @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare Yes from same location. We are frustrated from your service and also to the blind government which is silent to take action against the worst JIO operator. Why not the operator refund the money to me I surely port to bsnl which is giving stable internet and network nowadays.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL 4G is better than private companies 5G. But only problem is it's coverage. I have recently been to Mumbai (from Chandigarh). I was without any signal there. My UPI apps didn't work there in want of signal to BSNL sim.
