    No-one is hierarchy is taking responsibility and passing a ball to others court. End of every month it's BSNL to whom we will be paying the bill. Worst part is even after taking 7200 for the installation charges BSNL have not even given the bill.

    @DoT_India Not any action has been taken by BSNL Aligarh till today regarding my telephone & broadband issues which is more than 6 month old.

    @RP25877114 @rrshinde23 @IndianExpress Govt. Can work to improve its speed but they can't give free data to public like jio did and bsnl have the worst image in people and still in india many places bsnl speed is negligible so if you think it can compare to airtel ,jio ,idea you have very bad economics

    I get trolled when I tweet on Vodafone idea by some ppl who live on dope. Is it my fault that the co is struggling for years now? Not even 1 service provider inc BSNL lost clients in monthly data other than Vodafone idea. Is it my fault that it needs billions $ to survive?
