    @BSNLCorporate @Sourabh17882961 I have booked complent related to n/w issue on 1 may 2022 still problem not resolved. I have tweet abut my problem but still not replied by BSNL, you need to boost n/w covarage in my area too poor BSNL n/w and we faces the issues.

    @BSNL_KTK hello team, I am one of your broadband customer , I do work from home and there is no broadband connection from last 48 hours and even I hold a bsnl prepaid number even that is not in operating mode since the network is off... It is only on when the power is their and..

    It's been 2 days my LOS light is blinking red light. I have raised complaint through BSNL complaint booking service. Still I don't see any resolution. Local techinician promised to get resolved by yesterday 2 PM but even now nothing. @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate

    When BSNL was on the high demand the public was forced to select BSNL. However, BSNL couldn't improve its service and employee's attitude, it could not survive. I was also subscriber to BSNL and surrendered connection since 7 years,but till today I haven't received my deposit.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ @BSNL_GJ complaint no. 1058585222 on 3.5.22. Without any resolution got bsnl msg it is resolved. Again gave complaint no. 1058511799 on 4.5.22. Complaint still pending as on 10.5.22. BSNL doesn't care.

    @BSNLCorporate your JTO won't show up during the 24 HOURS Internet was disconnected, he comes AFTER it resumes, says "I cant go 2 past & fix it" is this the "prompt service" u promise ur customers? Duping customers of their hard earned money? Never gonna recommend BSNL to ANYONE.

    @TRAI @BSNLCorporate No resolution to complain for almost 2 weeks. Facing the continuous problem. There is no reply from BSNL Authority. Can TRAI guide me for further steps to get my problem reslolved?

    BSNL is very kachra service. I have very bad experience with it. Internet Speed is very poor. Service to the customer is very bad
