I must say, extremely disappointed with @BSNL_KTK. After initial assurance of quick service, they are now not even replying anymore on DM. Maybe it’s time to disconnect #BSNL permanently? For months we have been paying the bill without service. This is daylight robbery.

@BSNLCorporate Thanks sir.. Network still not working and Person who is supposed to look into this issue in my area is not receiving the calls..I also logged the complaint no. 1055931714. My bsnl number is 020 29527054..This is a recurring issue..I always pay the bills much before the due date.
