It's yet not activated. customer care asking asking to go to bsnl office. Paid 300 rupees to your agent without receipt as he was not ready to give the sim without it, as service charge. @BSNLCorporate @srvsam

Once Tata Indicom CDMA landline available, we quickly switched for instant connection, modern device with inbuilt modem with internet which I even used for my office work later years.

India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.
