@BSNLCorporate Hi sir I am from south Bangalore my house is near electronic city ,Anath Nagar .Our Bsnl office is Bommsandara , telephone exchange is dadys gradan our exchange is down from last 1 week nt getting any proper response from officer pls check and fix issue.

@BSNL_KTK we took a new postpaid connection 2 days back. It's yet not activated. customer care asking asking to go to bsnl office. Paid 300 rupees to your agent without receipt as he was not ready to give the sim without it, as service charge. @BSNLCorporate @srvsam

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Internet connectivity is hopelessly bad. Frequent outages and very low speeds around 2 to 4 Mbps. Really frustrated with BSNL service. Account no: 08029561560 If the issues are not rectified immediately we will switch to ACT/INFOCOM

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Till last Thursday past 10 year's I'm bsnl Customer because of volte and 4g network i did MNP from BSNL to Airtel, Now i become disappointed with Airtel, Could you please resolve this volte issue as soon as possible, don't take long time as 27th July etc..

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK, My bsnl not working for last almost 20 days. I urgently I came back to Bengaluru to replace my sim from another state. Visited BSNL office, staff insisted Rs100 cash only for sim changes only cash and refused to give receipt. Website says replace sim 50

If not use one and you will agree how pathetic they work and respond. Example, out of 100 only 20 to 25 people work hard and understand customer and compensate for rest 75.

@SJha1618 I am using BSNL Fiber service. Checked with Jio and Airtel before and they dont have facility. Getting best services. Before, used MTNL broadband in Mumbai which was far better than private players.

There is utmost need to sell BSNL like AirIndia.yday I was at a resort in Jhalda district of West Bengal and there was no mobile network for two days I remained there.thers had Jio and they had their mobile active there.Even in cities where I live or go there is 2G service only.

@BSNLCorporate I read this the first time. AGM Etah gives generic responses about how they are working on it but it's been a few months and the issue has not been resolved. I had also filed complaints on pg portal which went to someone in BSNL Etah and there has been no response to that...
