  Dear #BSNL Team, Today also i tried to reach customer service but there is no luck incase i haven't not received any response only 1 option as i will port to other network, Past 8 years i am holding with bsnl network but worst support @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN @BSNL_TN @DoT_India

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Till last Thursday past 10 year's I'm bsnl Customer because of volte and 4g network i did MNP from BSNL to Airtel, Now i become disappointed with Airtel, Could you please resolve this volte issue as soon as possible, don't take long time as 27th July etc..

  @BSNLCorporate Pl instruct any officer of bsnl to call on customer care and choose the option to talk to customer care representative. nobody will respond. Customer will hear the recorded tape "your call is important to us pl stay on line." but will get no response.such apathy?I will go 2 offi

  @GallivanterSoul @anvivud Wow what a analogy seriously are out of mind .We choose jio for price n quality bsnl was not competitive due to higher salary cost n inefficiency. This is fair market the day jio will be less competitive or bad quality market will have new player.Mandi does not all small farmers

  @GallivanterSoul @anvivud Who is responsible for downgrade of BSNL When other companies upgrade themself BSNL sleep I have change my residence 6 year ago and still waiting BSNL to lay down line in my area So dont blame people and govt it's BSNL employees who don't want to work

  @GallivanterSoul @anvivud BSNL was charging 4 rs/min for incoming call, yes you read it correctly, incoming calls during 2002-2003 and rcom launched with free incoming. They stopped loot from BSNL and service providers. Mandi= BSNL

  @Rahulattukal We are here to help. To forward all your incoming calls, please call "*401*<10 digit number>" from your Jio number. Please do not enter your own Jio number in this 10 digit number. Also, you will not be able to divert calls to BSNL. If calls are forwarded to a Non-Jio (1/2)

  Any request for connection is taken. I am feeling like how irresponsible your staff is that too before connection how and much your customer service is going to be worse after connection. Leaving me no choice to try BSNL fibre they got good plans and promt service as well.
