    @BSNLCorporate I am talking about bsnl broadband internet service that when electricity is cut in chaunta,Lundhiana,Punjab-141126 broadband internet service goes down. I have told you many times why you are not upgrading the battery in the exchange but you are not taking any action.

    @CGMHRBSNL Haryana bahadurgarh omaxe city area 3g coverage is very poor, For the last 3 days there is failure in ftth connection in my home, still unable to resolve the issue, We are trying to support psu bsnl but nobody can save with this kind of pathetic service, it hurts me

    @DoT_India @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate Extremely bad experience with customer service when the toll free number for BSNL is contacted. And your customer service doesn't even call back if disconnected after long blank hold!

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Bsnl Fiber cable was cut since 6th July due to road works. Entire district is facing network issues for the past two days. But the concerned authorities have not taken any steps to resolve this issue. Landline no. - 04341 291095 #BSNL_FTTH
