I could ve opted private broadband service , just thought let me try BSNL. Realised my mistake. Bad & lazy attitude of staff at Vijayanagar exchange staff in Blr. U guys will never imporve , 4 new connection it's a herculean task. Time to move on Privalite service , Good bye.

@BSNL_KTK Working from Home with BSNL Broadband is becoming increasingly difficult. Could you please improve the Internet Stability. It drops and doesn't come back up at all. Customer Service is also not responding. Please help, I am not able to get any other new connection asap.

@ACTFibernet Please stop your false and fake advertisement. BSNL is better than you. This is the 2nd time I am facing issues with the internet in a single month. #ACT_ek_dokha_hey And you don't follow agreed SLAs. There is no timely closure of tickets.

@PriyankKharge @NammaKarnataka_ Your father senior Kharge RUINED Labour Ministry. People like us retired from service is getting meagre Rs 1500 as monthly pension after 30 years of active service. BSNL was RUINED by Marian brothers and their Surya TV network telephone cabling free of charge.

@BSNL_KTK Either landlines or mobiles, poor service, mobiles doesn't work with BSNL Sims. How many customers are there with you as compared to Airtel or Jio? How many people have surrendered landlines and how many have ported from BSNL to other network providers?

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Dear BSNL ur broadband service is pathetic , staff at BSNL Vijayanagar exchange have zero customer centricity. Had applied for broadband connection 7 days back , still there is no response. Person in-charge for this connection never takes call.

I went to take a replacement nano SIM at your Shankarpuram office, Bangalore and the staff asked me to pay ₹100 for a nano replacement sim. It should be free like Vi or under ₹25 like Airtel. No wonder no one uses BSNL now. BSNL sucks big time. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have a 10 Mpbs bharat fiber broadband connection from your company and chose bsnl just to support a fellow PSU who was struggling at that time to survive, like us. I took the most favorable plan eith 300 gb per month FUP @ 10mbps and post that its 2Mbps

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Is it true BSNL is shutting down in Karnataka, no service, no complain. The area of 2360 IISc exchange seems without connection for last fourteen days. Or is it because this area is affected by the isolation for covid positive people at near by hotel!

@Kavita_M57 This is the same excuse I hear from every loss making PSU. Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

@BSNLCorporate Sir, condition bsnl fiber net in ITI mankapur is worst, In a single day network is lost 2-3 times. I have been complaining since last 6 months.Please listen to this complain. And if you still don't listen than ,don't cry when govt. will privatise bsnl.

So to avoid loosing anymore money I wanted to talk to a customer service agent who could confirm the packs that BSNL offered. I searched google for their customer care numbers and found more than one numbers.

Last month I had recharged their numbers using @PhonePe_ and even got an acknowledgement message from BSNL regarding the same, but the validity and balance remained the same. I called the customer care to enquire about it and they said it was because no such pack existed.

So BSNL took my money, acknowledged it and then didn't do anything cause apparently the packages mentioned on @PhonePe_ were wrong. Okay no problem, this kinda disappointing service is expected from BSNL. So I asked them and recharged accordingly
