@Kavita_M57 This is the same excuse I hear from every loss making PSU. Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

@BSNLCorporate Sir, since Friday night line is completely down. Saturday raised complaint got closed but till now nothing is fixed. We are working in private sectors and how do they bear this kind of reasons. Kindly help, it is same with others subscribers of BSNL in this area.

@PriyankKharge @NammaKarnataka_ Your father senior Kharge RUINED Labour Ministry. People like us retired from service is getting meagre Rs 1500 as monthly pension after 30 years of active service. BSNL was RUINED by Marian brothers and their Surya TV network telephone cabling free of charge.

I went to take a replacement nano SIM at your Shankarpuram office, Bangalore and the staff asked me to pay ₹100 for a nano replacement sim. It should be free like Vi or under ₹25 like Airtel. No wonder no one uses BSNL now. BSNL sucks big time. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

@ku_patro As reported the Balliguda SO has been declared as technically not feasible for both NSP-1 by BSNL & NSP-2 by Sify. Searching for alternative solution of network, BSNL submitted the feasibility with MPLS connection on Optical Fiber Cable and the same is under process.

With BSNL I have to wait atleast 2 minute to load a single search result on google! But I have to add one thing that, the Internet speed is adjustable on some area/under some tower. But on most of the area I had issues with the internet connection.
