    @BSNL_KTK please shutdown your customer care callcenter. It’s waste of public money, because we don’t get any help from here. The only thing they do is ask us to go to the BSNL office.

    @INCIndia @BSNLCorporate In every BSNL public relations office there are more than a dozen employees sitting idle every day . daily collections from post paid bill and sale of new sim does not exceed 5000. The staff does not have knowledge of new telecom policy to explain to the customer Better close

    @BSNL_KTK Hello I received a call from BSNL asking for payment of 2 Rs and he was forcing me to make payment until I will not make the payment the issue will not be resolved and the no from which they called was 9064950897.

    @narendramodi Hon. Modiji, I have BSNL landline connection since 25 years. Since 14 days I am following up for repair, after lodging 3 complaints on-line & about 1 dozen calls to BSNL 560097. Till date no action is taken by anyone. Please help me soon. No: 080-23649420

    @Kavita_M57 This is the same excuse I hear from every loss making PSU. Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

    @blrcitytraffic Chalukya Hotel Signal is less then 30 secs!! With the density of traffic hardly 10-15 car passes per signal!!! Who is the Architect of the same.... Pathetic management .. Been 7 signals still not able to pass BSNL office..... Please manage

    We live in a day & age where old shit without any innovation will not thrive. BSNL has remained the same forever, their services haven't changed, their response to customers was slow AF. They dug their own freaking grave. If people are not able to understand this, I pity them.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, since Friday night line is completely down. Saturday raised complaint got closed but till now nothing is fixed. We are working in private sectors and how do they bear this kind of reasons. Kindly help, it is same with others subscribers of BSNL in this area.

    @BsnlCmd @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate I visited BSNL office Anna Nagar yesterday and replaced by 3G sim to 4G after fresh KYC. SIM not activated after 20 hrs now. Your customer care says go to the office where you bought sim. Why are you harassing customer like this ? No one cares.

    @IndiaPostOffice Very poor service in Diamond Harbour Head Post Office.When I went for cash withdrawal the staff told me that the BSNL internet has gone and the work will be done later.I left my all of my works to complete a withdrawal for 2-3 hours? Please look into this issue.
