Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. No match for bsnl service. It's ftth is number one with just 777a month. 49/36mbps download and upload speeds 18gb per day 540gbs a month

Their entire broadband system is practically in the "ICU" and absolutely no official wants to take any responsibility for it! If a customer complains about faulty internet, they casually take 15 to 20 days just to fix a basic issue.
