@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

@diveshkumar786 1) BSNL sim should be 5G Ready as tower conversion to 4G is ongoing 2) You will still receive MTNL signal as In-Dolphin (3G) or 40439 (4G) 3) Signals will show as Roaming 4) Reception varies at large depending upon the area, location (indoor/outdoor)

No support from local staff, no one even picks up calls. After being a loyal BSNL customer for 20+ years, this is the kind of service we get? Resolve this immediately.
