@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

@BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

Three days have gone but nothing happened if this continues I will port the sim and discontinue your services my recharge is already getting wasted and there is no response from your team #bsnl #badservice @BSNLCorporate and dont close the complaint without resolving it

My biggest wrong decision I choose BSNL as my secondary connection... I paid rs.147 amount deducted but recharge failed worst server ever. If you afford never purchase BSNL go for Airtel or Vi.. I am already using Airtel that's fantastic now i want @ViCustomerCare for 2nd sim.

@NammaBESCOM JP Nagar 1st phase Vysya bank colony 3rd cross opp BSNL dish antenna area , no power last 2 hours. Weekly basis you are shutting down power. Even Nuclear plants do not shut down power like you. You blame kptcl. Hopeless pathetic service!!

@ParasmeSaurabh Been using BSNL as my secondary sim. Plans are cheap compared to other companies, network coverage is decent, i can make UPI payments via BSNL so no complaints from my side.

@halo2351 @InvestorOfJAMMU BSNL was never a good company...on paper it may have shown profits. It was a communication company with monopoly in a thriving economy. So it'll be profitable. As other 'good' private telecoms started operations, BSNL lost the market

My #BSNL 4G complaint was marked closed, but the issue is still unresolved. 📉 Upload speed continues to drop to 0.2–0.6 Mbps (sometimes near 0), making video calls and online work impossible. 📊 Speedtest history clearly shows this is a recurring problem (screenshots attached)
