This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Babu Mani (@ChartWizMani) reportedBooked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician.
