This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

Both office and home has WiFi and there is no point in getting a high priced internet pack for 1/2 hrs per day. Bsnl internet sucks in non metros but gives 2g/3g speed while sayig 4g, good enough for msging

So better to switch to netowrks like Voda or BSNL I agree BSNL’s network is weak but they will upgrade once they see people switching

RJ Alekh (@alekhpatel96) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Look, even if your 5G isn't stable..and honestly, your 5G network doesn't work properly in any village anyway..at least provide decent 4G! Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL are much better than you in this regard.
