@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

@BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

After every 7-8 days either the BSNL FO broadband or the telephone stops working (check complaint log). I am into the pharmaceutical distribution. This severly hampers the distribution cycle. Please look into this. @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw @devusinh Complaint no: 1059464042

and ridiculous, most of the time in month you can say 15-20days bsnl land line and net are not working . Now I am making a logbook of complaint. Aise kaise chalega bsnl? Bsnl should refund the amount during which service was not provided.
