This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. I think inefficient employees r unable 2 solve this issue. BSNL should fire such employees who r responsible 4 bringing a vry bad name 2 the country's largest pub telecom sector.
