I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

Now, after failing to provide the service I'm paying for, you're asking me to visit a BSNL office just to disconnect it. Seriously? I didn't have to visit an office to get the connection, so why should I have to waste my time just to cancel it?
