    @rsprasad Dear sir, after 6 year of #digitalindia we are still not connected with good internet connection.#BSNL refused for connection.#ghartakfibre becomes a dream.After complaining so many times no one is ready to listen.Atleast provide us a better network operater.

    @BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate hello Team BSNL. I HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT WIFI NOT WORKING ON 7TH ONLY AND STILL I SEE VERY IGNORANT BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS. EVERY MONTH I GET BILL FOR Rs. 990 TO PAY AND I PAY ON TIME ALWAYS BUT WHY I GET SUCH A POOR SERVICES? 1/2

    @BSNLCorporate @AmritMahotsav @MoHFW_INDIA worst network ever, complained so many times only fake promises to resolve issue. can't download important documents,i am stuck in bsnl network. can't even provide 2g speeds 3g is long gone. don't know why they fool customers by giving 4g sims. i think government should intervene

    @BSNLCorporate From past 6 month there is no service. 3-4 Month the phone was dead. Pathetic service from BSNL. Please Do the needful, as phone is used by old person.

    @reliancejio @JioCare shame on jio. Last 10 days m not able 2 use net when call 2 cc. He asked it a temp issue. If 10 days is temp issue then jio hv to change policy. Call refernc MR0000116305L5W. When BSNL 3G service is better than ur 4G service. Then u hv to giveup 5G in india.

    @BSNLCorporate I'm a user of BSNL prepaid. I tried many times many ways even called customer service many times but couldn't activate the call waiting service on my number. It's very sad to have such a difficulty in this 5g age. #TRAI #SurviveBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate please provide proper service for the amount which you have received, will u accept any one day without money or recharge, But We need to accept or pay to bsnl even if no network also. I have been suffering a lot by selecting bsnl.

    @DoT_India such a bad customer service by bsnl wait time increases from 1 min to 25 min and after waiting for so long could not talk .If this is service provided by bsnl why will anyone buy. PLEASE Fix it as my problem is not solved yet.
