If bsnl don't have a wide network service then who is responsible for it ? For your kind information criticism is integral part of democracy. He is sometimes unable to initiate outgoing calls, and there are frequent call drops during active conversations. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest.

Raised complaints to all levels including CMD everytime but no resolution. Better you change unfit cmd to save bsnl. How ever I will port out in sep 26. They register & close my complaints
