    @BSNLCorporate Please check lead no-15689598432 applied in 2020.but no response from bsnl. Again applied for air fibre lead no-APP20220110203816 applied this year again the same problem no response.

    @rsprasad Dear sir, after 6 year of #digitalindia we are still not connected with good internet connection.#BSNL refused for connection.#ghartakfibre becomes a dream.After complaining so many times no one is ready to listen.Atleast provide us a better network operater.

    @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate Sorry to inform this, BSNL has the worst customer service. I have tried calling so many times .I am waiting to pick them up my call also. But after 7-10 minutes call is getting disconnected automatically. Time to switch network.

    @BSNLCorporate It was also not installed had requested DE phones 6 mths back or so ..since they hve to lay single line thy came visit was done by outsourced agency and no action thereafter I am paying more than 1600 Pm please ask BSNL Commercial to refund charges for no service since 1.11.2021

    Dear Team,we have paid 20k for two connections. No matter whatever plan you recharge it is very very slow. WifiChoupal person is saying I'm not responsible for it. BSNL is not approving more than 10mbps card. We are really frustrated. Kindly help @DoT_India @wifichoupal

    @Tim_Clif Would use 3G dongle even today to prevent myself from watching too much YouTube. But dongle is broken and expect BSNL, 3G services have been shut down by every operator

    @BSNLCorporate Visited BSNL Hadapsar Industrial Estate Office at 3 pm today. The authority named Mr Kolte had already left (This was the second time since December 2021). Kept the Service Closure application at the Desk and will have to visit again : )

    Really Sorry to say this. But it's the truth , worst internet service provider @BSNLCorporate,for last 2 months daily 30mins to 1 hr internet is down. Yesterday full day from 10am onwards no internet. Today morn 11am internet worked , later from 3pm onwards its down again. #BSNL
