@BSNLCorporate Please check lead no-15689598432 applied in 2020.but no response from bsnl. Again applied for air fibre lead no-APP20220110203816 applied this year again the same problem no response.

Since this three hours , there is no BSNL network in Sangrampur (Munger), due to which a lot of problems are being faced. Network should be restored as soon as possible. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

@rsprasad Dear sir, after 6 year of #digitalindia we are still not connected with good internet connection.#BSNL refused for connection.#ghartakfibre becomes a dream.After complaining so many times no one is ready to listen.Atleast provide us a better network operater.

@airtelindia i never thought i have to port to BSNL, the reason is so stupid. I have to recharge a big pack just to send a port message. There are no real validity recharge in airtel. No one wants amazon prime/hotstar sub. Some people like me just want another sim for call.🤦2/1

@BSNLCorporate Hi Team I am getting reminder to pay bill. I tried reaching support as usual no response. I have not got any response from anyone even after complaining. I do not have any connection installed of bsnl on what basis I am being send bill.

@BSNL_BR I went to BSNL office, there was nobody help me, they only said to complain at 1503. Your 1503 customer service is world's worst service.

I'm unable to send port msg from BSNL, I have done recharge of 147 & I have top up balance. I'm trying since 4 day's. Contacted costomer support but they are not responsive & ticket raised was not solved yet. Please respond as soon as possible @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India

@VarunMayya This holds true for every single government office. -BSNL -RTOs -Police Stations -Hospitals And most of the problems there cannot be solved by money alone.

@BSNLCorporate I got a call from Faridabad BSNL office and they told they will send cheque to my residential address, however still waiting for cheque. Sir, why customer needs to follow up, this is the biggest reason why people are not happy with BSNL. Please resolve this at the earliest.

Till date I must hv lodged more than 4 dozen PG portal complaints against respective TSPs ( especially Airtel, BSNL, Vodafone) but none of them got resolved but were rather not responded or abruptly closed without resolution despite escalations to secy DoT, Mosc, Moc, cvo DoT...
