    @rsprasad Dear sir, after 6 year of #digitalindia we are still not connected with good internet connection.#BSNL refused for connection.#ghartakfibre becomes a dream.After complaining so many times no one is ready to listen.Atleast provide us a better network operater.

    @BSNLCorporate Please check lead no-15689598432 applied in 2020.but no response from bsnl. Again applied for air fibre lead no-APP20220110203816 applied this year again the same problem no response.

    Since this three hours , there is no BSNL network in Sangrampur (Munger), due to which a lot of problems are being faced. Network should be restored as soon as possible. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

    BSNL bharat fiber customer from 6 months still facing issues with connection stability and high ping and packet loss . I think we are paying for our own harrasment! Pending complaints not resloved cant register new complaint. Useless customer care.@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate help plz

    @Vishnudasa_ @curryputtar In public sector , the efficiency the ability for both govt and employees to think quick and adopt to latest service efficiencies is the biggest blocker.the cause is burocracy and employees groups. Biggest example is labour groups in BSNL blocked upgradation ti 3G 4G for 4 yrs

    @BSNL_KL I have filed a complaint as well as approached the account section kollam to do the refund for 2 bsnl GSM connections. But till now it was not done ...what should I do next please explain

    @kabinSaikia1 sorry sir, for 4G/5G services till now govt. has not given license to BSNL ,so it is getting delay to provide customer, thanks
