R/Sir FTTH 2999320 of R K Nayak DGM SBI at Bank Road Patna is disturbed from 2nd Sept and completely dead from 17 Sept.MSO refused for restoration due to some payment issues from BSNL .Department view is that it will be entertained only after shifting in BSNL quota.
