My Bsnl landline having facility of fiber broadband is dead(no service) since 18 march 2023 due to cable cut. I have do complaints ref . no . 1059222630 many times but no solution done.

@Samjudit @MumbaichaDon @RahulGandhi Bsnl and mtnl is such a service provider that people have been looted by them for 3rd grade srvices n higher tarriffs only health n education shd be govt rest shd be private for the benefit of customers

Requested a BSNL fibre connection maximum possible times.still none of the BSNL operators steps forward to give a connection. Really a worst experience from BSNL. A BSNL fibre connection was already installed 1.5 kms away from my location. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD

@BSNL_OR Then why DG is not getting installed. Damaged DG/faulty battery🔋, employ less bsnl exchange can't provide gd service. Elephant 🐘 comes once in 3month. During this Power cut happens. Not everyday. Vilage is 15km apart from Dist town and NALCO township.
