@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate Sir, This is so frustrating that since after 15 days of having troubleshooting, BSNL is still not able to fix the issues in @ajmer Its been more than a month I have chasing BSNL support to fix the "Request Timed Out" Error but non of them resolved it till.

First BSNL recharge on 18 Nov and second on 24 Nov.... No action from Mobikwik humans.... Only Bots... Shameful... Sent personal message but no resolution. I guess I'll need to educate my influence circle @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT
