    Docket No. BSNL-CO-2026-EM-06291789606736 It's been a long time since I filed this complaint, yet there has been no response and no resolution from @bsnl_care. This is extremely disappointing. Is this the level of customer service BSNL provides to its customers? 😮‍💨👎

    @Shivaagnihotry Dear Customer, if a double recharge of the same amount is done, the second recharge will be kept in queue.     @IndianTechGuide They have formed a cartel among themselves now and the goverment is staying silent this never would have happened if govt hadn't killed BSNL to fill pockets of their rich friends the govt is also complicit in this all of them.

    Jiofibre not working for 2 days. Jio app assigned engineer for 7th July. Monopoly in Uttorayan township Matigara Siliguri. No nearby mobile towers also. BSNL connectivity Nil. Jio sporadic. Very very bad connectivity and service. Your attention is needed. @AshwiniVaishnaw
