And is always Ignorant. In our area only bsnl towers are present and most of the time they remain shut causing serious problems for locals living here. 1.Due to covid students have to study online but they can't study 2. Medical emergencies unable to call ambulance quickly

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate :Again today my internet went down. How many more tickets do I need to raise to get the permanent solution??? Connection has been fluctuating from past one week. Looks like nobody cares about customers in BSNL. Can some one please look into this issue ??
