It shows 5g when internet off , when I turn data on it comes down to 4g

VoLTE doesn't work with my Kolkata SIM while travelling in Rest Of West Bengal Circle even with strong 4G coverage. Why is it so?

ram mohan (@pairamblr) reported@AshwiniVaishnaw add to that the customer care lady/supervisor cuts the call saying they need 3 working days while the lady who received the complaint on 29th promised to attend it on priority. we do not wish to port number to private services, it appears BSNL doesnt want that?
