    @BSNL_GJ why don't your Botad office PIN 364710 not willing to offer broadband even after complaint to your CMD before 1 year and you making big ads like take BSNL with 25% cashback and all that. Very lazy staff and management as well not willing to work for business.

    @BSNLCorporate Everyday BSNL FTH has a problem in my city in Tura ,Meghalaya 794001 ,either server will be down or wire will be torn.Please look into this matter .Waste of paying bills when you cant use it to full extent. Contact No:8076260134

    @wifichoupal worst experience ever I'm a wifi chappal brodband customer.. It's service is not bad it's the worst I've ever seen.. it's been almost 10 days there is no internet access.. I'm from bathana, sitamarhi Bihar pin. 843322 I'm really very disappointed with BSNL service.

    @CMDBSNL @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate I want to downgrade my #BSNL ftth to 599rs fibre basic plus (monthly). I cant see downgrade feature in #BSNLSELFCARE and I don't want to visit #BSNL office. A/c no. 1026822868 Please help

    @TelecomTalk BJP is in power from the last 8 years. There has been no improvement in the service of BSNL. Govt could have given the license instantly but it was delayed on purpose. 8 years are enough to revive a company. Look at China Telecom or France Telecom. The govt has no interest.

    @reliancejio A request from a student.. I'm from Bathana Sitamarhi Bihar (843322) These days fiber con. is in high demand. Though BSNL Wi-Fi is available here, but its service is not good it's worst, if you can give fiber in my village it would be great.. many people will take it
