@BSNL_GJ why don't your Botad office PIN 364710 not willing to offer broadband even after complaint to your CMD before 1 year and you making big ads like take BSNL with 25% cashback and all that. Very lazy staff and management as well not willing to work for business.

@Ghanshyam080866 But this is exactly why the new 4G project exists: replace old sites, fix uptime, and modernise BSNL’s network for good. This phase is painful, but necessary for long-term improvement.
