@BSNL_GJ why don't your Botad office PIN 364710 not willing to offer broadband even after complaint to your CMD before 1 year and you making big ads like take BSNL with 25% cashback and all that. Very lazy staff and management as well not willing to work for business.

@DoT_India Is there an SLA for the BSNL to resolve a FTTH broadband complaint ? Why the Bill has to be paid in full when there is service outage for many days ? Bsnl takes their own time to resolve the issue and why the customer has to pay for it ?

@BSNL_TN my BSNL landline was not working for past 7 months. Bills coming regularly. Will BSNL respond for this issue or not. I raised this with 198. But not reachable. Direct JE talk also not prompt. Suggesting us to move to private network. Is this be solved?

@BSNLCorporate #BSNL Bothering, I took a new BHARAT FIBER (4025368552) not installed properly yet the landline through not done, they don't care, they don't have basic tools, RJ11 or RJ45 plugs and the worst is that they vl ask us to arrange crimping tool to do the work #privatization is a must

@BSNL_TN Our area cell site is down since yesterday and no one has attended yet.. We are left out without any signal here Coimbatore - Ondipudur- Irugur Road.. How could we rely on bsnl when the communication is essential in this pandemic lockdown situation? will it be wise to port out?
