    @BSNL_GJ why don't your Botad office PIN 364710 not willing to offer broadband even after complaint to your CMD before 1 year and you making big ads like take BSNL with 25% cashback and all that. Very lazy staff and management as well not willing to work for business.

    @BSNLCorporate I have bought a bsnl sim for Rs 1 /- 4 days ago but still the recharge is not done. I can only get incoming call. I have called customer care but no help. This is a serious issue. Please look into the matter.

    @bsnl_care @fulskr Dear Sir, Your complaint with docket number H15153754717 has been redressed by the concerned team. With the nodal remark "The teams are working to resolve the network issue.....". Regards BSNL-Care (Nishant) It was not solved

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate I have New BSNL Prepaid Connection activated in Aug 2025. 4G coverage working properly but Volte services not activated on my number. Kindly request to activate volte services on my number - 7707001090. I have visited BSNL office but solution not given

    @IndiaPostOffice @JM_Scindia Tried contacting Helpline 18002666868. You get a message that "All lines of this route are busy" permanently. Hoping someone responds to this SM message. Sir, The poor internet connectivity of the POs based on BSNL media is one of the cause & attitude of the staff is another.

    @BSNLCorporate My daughter took a BSNL prepaid connection 2 days back before going to Mumbai. After reaching Mumbai she noticed that the hell is not functioning. She had to beg to unknown people to make a call. Now I am trying to call her and the message is she is out of network. Why are you running such a worst hopeless system? Why can’t you sell it to Ambani or anyone else who can run it decently?

    @murli_wala @ggganeshh People who’ve actually used BSNL know the pain. Call drops, 3G speeds in 2025, no proper customer support. Coordinated MNP to BSNL would just mean coordinated regret. Crying on X is bad, but crying without network signal is worse.

    @BSNLCorporate Most of the time unable to have your network on one BSNL sim while having network on other BSNL sim at the same time and area.
