@BSNL_GJ why don't your Botad office PIN 364710 not willing to offer broadband even after complaint to your CMD before 1 year and you making big ads like take BSNL with 25% cashback and all that. Very lazy staff and management as well not willing to work for business.

@bsnl_care Sent multiple messages, called customer care many times, raised complaints on the BSNL app, and mailed repeatedly to activate VOLTE. Every time I'm told, “It'll be done in 2–3 hours.” But for the last 8–9 months, the problem is still not resolved.
