    @BSNL_GJ why don't your Botad office PIN 364710 not willing to offer broadband even after complaint to your CMD before 1 year and you making big ads like take BSNL with 25% cashback and all that. Very lazy staff and management as well not willing to work for business.

    @__paytm_help I am using Paytm for all transactions, recently verification of my number was initiated, and remains incomplete due to poor BSNL network in my area, repeated attempts have failed & efforts to contact Paytm ends in a merry go round/ dead end. Kindly solve the issue.

    @BSNLCorporate Very unfortunate & embarrassing that despite my repeated request for last 6-7 months, BSNL could not able to provide it's Broadband service to me in Bonhooghly, Baranagar, Kolkata-700108. Now I m compelled to go for other pvt network. Sorry state of affairs for BSNL-9434745891 .

    @bsnl broadband (fiber)is the worst.....I am gonna unsubscribe it soon ...I have complained about the slowness to the provider but still ...it's very slow.....do I need to file a complain on a daily basis @BSNLCorporate ??

    @BharatFibreFTTH @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Sir/Madam, please make bsnl professional. I changed fibre plan, I should get some OTT channels, which is not yet enabled after 3 days. Customer care and yupptvscope people telling not our scope.What should I do. A/c 9038611973.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB Bsnl alloted my current sim number to other user without any prior information because I haven't recharged my sim from last 4-5 months. Is this a way to provide services? This is what you do to your customers. Customer Service also sucks. #BSNL #India

    @BSNL_UPW improve your airfiber service in my location. Internet goes down in every 15 minutes. Poor service #BSNL #BSNLSelfCareApp
