    @BSNL_GJ why don't your Botad office PIN 364710 not willing to offer broadband even after complaint to your CMD before 1 year and you making big ads like take BSNL with 25% cashback and all that. Very lazy staff and management as well not willing to work for business.

    @lokipalauri I remember standing in line for 2 hours to get an extra sim for my friend. But I never used BSNL sim. My first sim was Reliance Smart and then Airtel, the number which is continuing till date.

    @BSNLCorporate Impeccable customer support from BSNL, as a customer it feels great to be mattered. Telecom companies like @airtelindia @reliancejio should learn from the long time veteran BSNL.

    @imcomrade Using since 2008, have never faced any problem with BSNL when ever there was proper signal. However signal is not available in all regions. In case of VI even though I have proper reception, my network is worst. Still I use both.

    @reliancejio It's high time for Indians to switch to their network to bsnl because if not now they will not leave us any other alternative option other than Jio and airtel. We did that mistake once and should learn from that

    @TribalArmy @TRAI It is better to opt for BSNL. They may have some issues but they are reliable. It is just our perception that govt. agencies can not give better services.

    @pravesh814 Please informe you in your office/officers that why is not get 3G/4G signal of BSNL in my village, Because BSNL BTS is located in my village-Raj Kharsa, District-Arwal,Gaya-804428, Bihar, please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
