    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Dear BSNL ur broadband service is pathetic , staff at BSNL Vijayanagar exchange have zero customer centricity. Had applied for broadband connection 7 days back , still there is no response. Person in-charge for this connection never takes call.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, since Friday night line is completely down. Saturday raised complaint got closed but till now nothing is fixed. We are working in private sectors and how do they bear this kind of reasons. Kindly help, it is same with others subscribers of BSNL in this area.

    @BSNL_KTK most inefficient network provider is BSNL. Most lethargic and corrupt people are monitoring the government organisation. Not bothered to settle an account even after 6 months.

    @Kavita_M57 This is the same excuse I hear from every loss making PSU. Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

    @BSNL_KTK please shutdown your customer care callcenter. It’s waste of public money, because we don’t get any help from here. The only thing they do is ask us to go to the BSNL office.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK in this location the signal coverage is not good. Please check and add more tower if required.i believe in #Swadesi movement and I changed my number to #BSNL recently. Government should put more effort to connect people across the country via BSNL.

    @BSNL_KTK Working from Home with BSNL Broadband is becoming increasingly difficult. Could you please improve the Internet Stability. It drops and doesn't come back up at all. Customer Service is also not responding. Please help, I am not able to get any other new connection asap.

    @reliancejio I have made a serious mistake by porting my number from BSNL to Jio. Even I use Jio Data, calls are not going. Very discouraging Jio network. I request every Indian not to use Jio anymore

    Highly disappointed with the new BSNL connection purchased on April 27th. Zero network coverage. The rare times a signal drops in, calls don't connect. I can't even reach customer care because it says "invalid number". Need an urgent fix! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR No- 7657002884

    It has been some time since my earlier complaint about poor BSNL network coverage in Boudh district, Odisha, but there has been no visible action yet. Residents are still facing serious issues in daily communication and during emergencies due to lack of proper connectivity.
