@VjaCityPolice Sir I am resident of Machavaram Vijayawada , Due to blocking of Bsnl main road,inner roads are heavily jammed with vehicles in working hours everyday, please resolve the issue asap.

@BSNLCorporate I wish BSNL is privatized I have been complaining of BUSINESS LANDLINE 0866-2567054 for lot of disturbance & always they close the ticket without clearing issue ystday they said the lines are old and cannot get better voice if needed continue or change landline no.

@rsprasad @BSNL_BR 3G service of BSNL is completely disturbed from 19 th of May till this time at the pin code 848125 and no body is taking action to improve the 3G service. The moot question is that how you people will succeed in recent competitive market with this attitude.

@chai2kul In suburbs basic facilities don't have systematic arrangements. Whether it's electricity, water, roads, internet and telephone services. People have disconnected BSNL land lines owing to lack of up time. They could have provided good wired telephone and internet service.

@BSNL_PB Did you see the reply on grievance portal ? Is it not enough to say that BSNL did not care to solve the complaint, rather than just have it closed by any means. How can u close a complaint more than 2 months old without confirmation from customer.?
