    @Pankaj_jswl @geekyranjit The only problem with BSNL is there service. If there is some problem, and that occurs at least 1-2 times in a month, they take at least 2-3 days to fix it. I am using BSNL broadband from last 9 years, and facing the problem very frequently.

    @narendramodi sir in Varanasi BSNL net work is not working . all time zero from many month.complained was done in twitter but net is same zero.

    And, now they send legal notice. I have no problem in paying the bill. In fact, I will now pay to avoid wasting my time. But, is it right ? For the service which has not been given by BSNL! “Long live BSNL” (Bhai Sahab Nahin Lagega)!!!

    @rsprasad Hello sir, I hope you are doing good and will be safe. Sir I would like to bring in your notice that in this internet edge I am not able to get an Internet connection in my area "Daniyalpur, Varanasi". BSNL also refused to give me internet connection. Please help.

    @BSNLCorporate 2985713 is the number of BSNL Fiber. It has been more than 2 weeks and still landline service has not been started. Also, internet is not working from past 2 days and even after complaints to Katyayani Communication from last 2 days, no one is resolving the issue

    @rbi @HDFCBank_Cares @AxisBankSupport @YESBANK worst service of axis bank they are not accepting bsnl landline bill & other bank statement for address update. Where hdfc bank has accepted landline bill.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @bsnl It seems BSNL don't want to retain land line customer so they don't give any attention to complaints and don't put any efforts to maintain service. My landline phone is dead since 4 months.

    When I complained to BSNL online, they sent messages “the complaint has been addressed and problem rectified” without confirming from consumer (me). This happened repeatedly. Then I write to consumer forum, who dismissed my complaint without verifying anything from me.

    It’s been almost 2 years since I got BSNL SIM, and it’s now my personal number. I kept waiting for the network quality to improve, but honestly, I haven’t seen any real improvement. Looks like I will have to port this number to another service provider. Should I wait?

    @Airtel_Presence In the classic tradition of Airtel customer care, a week has passed and they haven't moved a finger. Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia

    @BSNLCorporate Hi.I hve a bsnl number 9464301477 which was lost due to theft.I deactivated it.Then I bought another bsnl sim with same number and authorities there said it will be activated within 24 hrs.Still its not activated but network showing and outgoing nd incoming stopped

    Its because Govt people ask BIG FAT salary and do corruption **** to revamp the office like Kejriwal did. I went to a office of my uncle who is BSNL officer. IDK now but it is was crazy bad then. Corruption to the neck. This is what will happen.

    @BSNL_TN @DoT_India Recharged my BSNL number with ₹319 today Success received, but still unable to make/receive calls or SMS. Customer care is asking me to visit an office 25km away, which is not practical. Plz resolve this remotely!

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 In Guwahati BSNL Volte for voice call is not working since last two months. I have registered online complain to bsnl grievance team but not rectified till date. I am still using 2G network in Guwahati.....
