@BSNLCorporate no wonder people are asking for BSNL to be privatized, no one wants to work in their ofc, applying for broadband or fiber connection is like asking for their kidney so much laziness, irresponsibility and poor service can be portrayed as a documentary.

@BSNLCorporate gives you only 20 mbps while charges for 💯 mbps. None from #BSNL responds to you. They keep on ignoring at least in @bsnlupe Never seen any higher authority taking any complaint seriously. By next month if it persists, I would switch to @airtelindia

When I complained to BSNL online, they sent messages “the complaint has been addressed and problem rectified” without confirming from consumer (me). This happened repeatedly. Then I write to consumer forum, who dismissed my complaint without verifying anything from me.

Sir, there is no BSNL network in Dharchula dehat area(Pin 262545), Pithoragarh for 05 days,no oher service provider is present here, at least give the permission for private service provider, to make the service available.
