@BSNLCorporate I wish BSNL is privatized I have been complaining of BUSINESS LANDLINE 0866-2567054 for lot of disturbance & always they close the ticket without clearing issue ystday they said the lines are old and cannot get better voice if needed continue or change landline no.

@VjaCityPolice Sir I am resident of Machavaram Vijayawada , Due to blocking of Bsnl main road,inner roads are heavily jammed with vehicles in working hours everyday, please resolve the issue asap.

Update: Porting was completed in 13 days. (10-01-2022 at 11:45pm). Recharged with FRC-249, but unfortunately, since yesterday (i.e first day with BSNL network) there's no 3G coverage in my area @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate

in a mood to trigger the "experts" this morning... just absorb Vi into BSNL-MTNL. BSNL-MTNL get ready 4G infra and can directly go for 5G rollout. Vi gets an IV (bad pun intended) to stay alive and prevent a Jio-Airtel duopoly.

Most worthless #CusterCare BSNL having right now ! It's took my 10 min and conclude with same bogus response on record for a very basic service, i.e. #BalanceCheck. Why you forcing your loyel customer to leave ??? @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

@RURALINDIA BSNL employees ran down BSNL, not the Govt. We had wired broadband collection which only worked 10 days out of 30 and one had to pay money to the repair guy each time they visited (that too after multiple visits). And the speed was measly 2Mbps while Jio Hotspot gave 14Mbps

@DoT_India Thanks for the efforts and follow up...and please improve and promote BSNL and MTNL, People must have an alternative to private players like Jio. One man or one company running all things in the country is a horrible situation..

@Mandeepsingh977 @BSNLCorporate As a customer, I do have full right to demand the service which I paid. It doesn’t matter jio, Airtel, BSNL or any other company I don’t wanna to waste my hard earned money. So just informing others as well about my experience with BSNL.

Today BSNL had became humbled in verge of collapse there was time when the same BSNL was adamant as govt employee where customers aren't given damn
