    @BSNLCorporate Your internet stays off for 2-3 days many times and it doesn't work properly daily, complaints are not resolved, bsnl lead officers do not pick up the calls, then I cut the connection it's not my issue.. @CMDBSNL

    Day 24, no internet/stable internet with ftth connection. But today i got internet bill from bsnl and they can send 5 msg daily to pay bill but can't fix internet connection after 12 complaint. @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @BSNL_MH

    @TRAI sir do favour I have complain several times in bsnl but one comes to hear my problem .iam not getting sms on my number .I have doubt that some one misuse my number or clone sim type fraud on going on my number pls help me out

    If its a rainy season bsnl broadband was not working, Totally depressed by work with @BsnlTamilnadu provide me the fiber cable network connection or give me the permanent solution for continuous internet connection

    @BsnlTamilnadu im a broadband subscriber in bsnl trichy, lot of time it was disconnected automatically,i raised a complaint and it was solved temporarily disconnection issue happen again&aga., i request them to provide fiber cable connection but no response!Worst service nowadays

    @BSNLCorporate unable to see the outstanding mobile/LL bills after login to bsnl portal.. This problem has been for longtime. Was able to make online payments from this portal last month.. Kindly resolve Rajesh

    @PMOIndia Sir our BSNL Name of exchange At Post Mond Tal deogad Dist Sindhudurg State Maharashtra exchage's all landline phone is not working from last 3 months . we are unable to use BSNL phone & broadband services in our village. . At least stop our bills fir last 3 months

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am having network issue since a week and been complaining but there is no progress. I am fex up now every month there is an issue with bsnl and as i choose bsnl because it is a government sim i am realising why there is very less customer of bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate Why can't the process be done online? Which age are you living in that you want a person to email such information. Get your selfceare portal working and user friendly. Despite us wanting to stick with BSNL, such pathetic customer care is forcing us to shift to other providers.
