@bsnl_care The BSNL Officials must imagine the problem faced by me as I have to send my children education fee which cant be possible without getting OTP. Only sharing ref. D2821142624741 will not help me to solve my issues.They must immediately restore service ASAP at Hayuliang.

It has been some time since my earlier complaint about poor BSNL network coverage in Boudh district, Odisha, but there has been no visible action yet. Residents are still facing serious issues in daily communication and during emergencies due to lack of proper connectivity.
