    @BSNLCorporate Your internet stays off for 2-3 days many times and it doesn't work properly daily, complaints are not resolved, bsnl lead officers do not pick up the calls, then I cut the connection it's not my issue.. @CMDBSNL

    @prasanthpatel2 @ErikSolheim If we start to think that some corporate company stepped forward to help make people's lives better and easier, then we are being deceived. We should seek cheap and better lives from Government. Bsnl is dead because of bad choices made by govt. Now we look for corporate sympathy.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we should take black then only we will have a good network? If we will not take black then we will be e facing lot of issue. Day by day Airtel is getting worst company. I give BSNL to my mom and that is much better than Airtel.

    When talked regarding this with phonepe they told that recharge was successful from their side and my bank also gave me massage of money deduction but when I talked to BSNL customer care executive he told that they didn't get any recharge request.

    @BSNLCorporate Thank you for your valuable reply, i dont want to buy a bsnl sim, when everything is getting online from bank account to passport, Bsnl want that customer visit to their office. These kind of approach is downgrading the BSNL. Hope BSNL will adopt customer friendly mode.

    @BSNLCorporate -Unable to recharge my nos. 9422672822, 9423125254, 9420832583(ValiditY till31/01/2022) 0nline. Customer Care told to go to BSNL office. Today,tomorrow holidays. What should I do? Allow me to Rechrge with Rs.139 from home.

    @BSNLCorporate When I inside the village, Then very low signal of BSNL. My signal is empty. As example-- Pin-721656, Vill-Manuchak Jalpai, Under p.s--Nandigram, State--West Bengal, India I have complained many times before but to no avail.
