    @Chart_Wallah108 Tejas network developed 4G technology independently and got a very big order from BSNL. I once hear a talk from its CTO on how they did it, inspirational. Now they are in process of developing 5G network. its a good hold, but hold too much as telecommunication field is cut throat

    @SinghGaneshp026 @pravesh814 BSNL still doesn't provide a network in Mumbai. As per BSNL they are to launch in Mumbai by the yr end, but realistically the launch will be by Jun/Jul 2026. BSNL 4g is launched but not optimised and will take another year. Stay away from BSNL at present.

    @TelecomTalk I am using BSNL 4G no issues for the past 6 months. Working fine. Voice issue earlier is also resolved & B28, B41 also working. I even using their Fibernet for 4 years before that used copper BB. No big issues. BSNL improving better

    I regret porting my phone to BSNL. I can’t get signals and internet. The frequent switching between 2G, 3G, and 4G is causing my phone to overheat. The worst part is when there’s no available network, my phone drains its battery so much trying to find a new one. To make matters worse, I have recharged for a one-year plan, so I can’t port off.

    @bsnl_care Why has the docket been closed? I have literally zero network for more than a week? How can BSNL not attend the customer's complaint and then close the ticket without verification or providing resolution.? Shame on you @TRAI @BSNL_HR

    @jeetuparida True, users won’t care about ARPU unless VoLTE and 4G work smoothly. BSNL really needs to fix the basics first.
