  @BSNLCorporate @TRAI We r facing problem with BSNL AIRFiber 03821-291075,as we've STAPIC ID,We get speed of 20-50Mbps. The issue is when we use AIRFIBRE in our KIOSK software KIOSK doesn't work properly but with mobile Hotspot the software works Please solve the issue we face

  @mehtapurvi264 For metro cities Airtel is good but other places it doesn't work properly, Jio is good everywhere but bsnl use is very limited it seems

  I have been suffering from poor BSNL network connectivity for the last 8 months. 📍Location: Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034 I have registered numerous complaints and have a long list of complaint docket numbers as proof. However, BSNL Care repeatedly closes my complaints within an hour without resolving the issue. Every month I recharge my BSNL connection hoping the problem will finally be fixed, but nothing has changed. Around two months ago, I was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level and I was asked to be patient. I have already waited long enough, yet there has been no action. Is this how BSNL treats its customers? Complaints are closed without resolution while customers continue to pay for a service they cannot use. I request your urgent intervention to resolve the network issue in Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034. I can provide all the complaint docket numbers as evidence.   Phone Bills Going Up Big Time! Jio and Airtel plan to make mobile plans cost 15% more very soon. Smart people who watch money say this happens because only few phone companies left now. Also 5G costs them lots of money. See Airtel? Long long ago in 2014, you pay just 10 rupees to keep SIM alive and get OTP. Now same thing needs 349 rupees! When Jio came in 2016, many small phone companies like Aircel and Uninor closed shop. Now almost only two big bosses left. They can raise price easy. Video shows Airtel, Jio, Vi logos with money up-down lines. People feel sad and angry. Basic phone use costs more and more. Many say bring back BSNL strong so we have choice again.

  @Raul15476 Speed test conducted under the coverage of BSNL Kolkata CTD network MCC MNC/PLMN 404 81 in Band 1 LTE 2100 10 MHz Bandwidth check the images properly.
