@BSNLCorporate @TRAI We r facing problem with BSNL AIRFiber 03821-291075,as we've STAPIC ID,We get speed of 20-50Mbps. The issue is when we use AIRFIBRE in our KIOSK software KIOSK doesn't work properly but with mobile Hotspot the software works Please solve the issue we face

@BSNLCorporate My complaint number has not been resolved. Net was not working for 13 days. Worked for 2 days. Now again will it be off for 14 days? 2 weeks? Everytime it's down. Complaint no - 1060036907. It's down for almost 70% the month. Just it justify my bill payments? BSNL crooks.

@BSNLCorporate @Akhil7719 Same here in Kolhapur . My hospital telephone is dead since a week . have been calling daily the bsnl service guy mr nigade since last 15 days. I think bsnl themselves want people to disconnect their bsnl connection. Planing to discontent it. Thanks bsnl

@BSNLCorporate BSNL customer from last 14 years but it's time to switch. so poor and bogous bsnl network service in shaktinagar, sonebhadra upeast. About 70-80% network signal in a month is unavailable. better resolution is please shutdown your network services.

@BSNLCorporate hello BSNL team, I was disconnected my broadband service Account 1025622923 in Jan 2021, but I am getting a bill from BSNL for outstanding due of INR 260/- from Nov-29-2022. , I was settled all the outstanding at the time of service disconnection.

I am unable to find any operator who provide bsnl fiber service and I am also unable to go bsnl office because it's location is very far so I am requesting to bsnl to provide the bsnl franchise vendor number . I am a student so reply this two tweet soon. @BSNLCorporate Up east

@smritiirani Maam will you plz look at d issue which is long pending frm the BSNL side at SAPATGRAM. Customer care executives arenot taking any complaints by replying system issues or application issues. Without 3G/4G, we are surviving with BSNL 2G coverage from the beginning.
