    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI We r facing problem with BSNL AIRFiber 03821-291075,as we've STAPIC ID,We get speed of 20-50Mbps. The issue is when we use AIRFIBRE in our KIOSK software KIOSK doesn't work properly but with mobile Hotspot the software works Please solve the issue we face

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir, We regret for the inconvenience caused.The temporary fault was due to cable damage by different agencies during developmental works. BSNL is in the process of establishing alternate paths to minimize fault time. Thanks and Regards.

    @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate I think it is a robotic reply. Can I expect positive results? As because I am not getting any positive response from BSNL end hence I escalated the matter with you. Please take the necessary initiative to resolve the issue.

    Respected Sir, A BSNL number(7597677591) is being used by my mother for the past 10 years. In the Month of May 2022 this phone number was closed by JTO BSNL alwar.I had complaint regarding this issue in bsnl office but the response was nil. @CMDBSNL @BSNL_RJ
