    @war_echo @BSNLCorporate Yes, lots of feedback which says their service is not up to the mark. I can only say I'm lucky that the service centre for our area is good. Another advantage is that govt offices use BSNL Fibre. So if there's a problem, it's fixed immediately.

    @BSNL_OR @snaik_bsnl ,@AshwiniVaishnaw Dear Sir I discussed with SDM Chatrapur for new connection , he denied bsnl is not providing direct Fiber connection to customer . Customer should connect with third-party vendor to get BSNL connection.sdm contact no: 9437012500

    Please Help!! my father is 84 years old and recovered from Covid in this testing time, he is struggling to get the rental dues from #BSNL Ambattur, they are due for almost 15 months and no one from #BSNL are helping him out @AshwiniVaishnaw @annamalai_k @VanathiBJP

    I dont want to disconnect it just because BSNL self service portal dont give option to downgrade the plans. I Already paid 10 times (which has become norms now a days because of this pandemic) the actual installation amount for getting a connection at my place. Please downgrade.

    @ianuragthakur @TRAI @MIB_India I wish to port my airtel number to BSNL but the porting message won't go through. On calling the customer care, they are asking me to recharge for a minimum amount of Rs 129 to activate SMS service or I won't be able to port. Is this right????

    @BSNLCorporate I had given application to close my BSNL landline.Its been 4 months and my security deposit hasn't been refunded when I visit the office the staff there is very rude and tells me to visit after one month every time I visit.Please do the needful
