  It’s been almost 12 days since I raised a complaint with BSNL, yet I still can’t send outgoing SMS and I’m not receiving BSNL Self-Care OTPs. If you can’t fix a basic issue in 10–15 days, why advertise and attract new customers? Fix existing customers’ issues first. @bsnl_care

  @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare The network issue was drom the day of launch. The day they stopped the free service, I threw away their SIM. Pathetic to the core... Anything worser than Jio is BSNL..

  @nareshmeenasma1 Dear Customer, Currently, eSIM activation requires visiting the nearest BSNL Customer Service Center (CSC) for verification and processing.
