After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. I also visited the BSNL office and spoke to the concerned staff, but no one is able to help or guide me regarding Wings. Kindly look into this and provide support.

Constant disconnections and endless begging for repairs. Is this the digital India we are building? Look into this immediately.

The Govt sold Air India with 15000 Cr liabilities where as Vijay Malya's entire debt was around 3500 Crores. Same Govt had bailed out Vodafone where as ready to sell of BSNL with 1000 Crore liability.
