@BSNLCorporate My landline (0385-2441850) & cousin's landline (0385-2440058) are not working since last night. On 17th May 2019, I made a complaint about my Mom's BSNL no. +91-9436892420 (NE-2) & so far it's not yet resolved. Please resolve all the above problems at the earliest.

Pathetic JIO service, internet is down since last 3 days, customer service is unresponsive.When we are moving towards WFH and Hybrid mode working, JIO broadband is going BSNL way , the core customer service is missing, pls do not take JIO services. @reliancejio @JioCare

When India has connectivity of 5G and upgrading towards 6G: Bsnl is still in 3G and underdeveloped 4G. Can't make basic google search and UPI payment. What a use of so called "cheap plans" if network itself is unavailable?

@JM_Scindia Sir, I have a BSNL phone connection that has been with me for 25 years. Recently, BSNL discontinued the service to our apartments citing change from copper to fibre optic cable. To restore connection, BSNL'sasking me to pay ₹1500 + tax. Not fair. Bills continue tho!

Hey @BSNLCorporate, it's been 4 MONTHS with NO INTERNET at all not even 2G or 3G! Complaints are ignored, service is dead, and we're still being charged. Is this how a national provider treats its users? This is pure negligence. #BSNL #WorstNetworkEver

@bsnl_care My internet issues is resolved in 3 days, But I post this tweet to take action on the customer support executive rude behavior, speaking inappropriately and denial to give me tickets no. Although advise me to go to bsnl office to get ticket number.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL If you want to downgrade a plan you need to beg to bsnl employees I visited a bsnl office and requested to them that to cancel wifi roaming from my connection It’s been 10 days still they didn’t arranged a technician
