  Due to technical errors bsnl broadband is also not working in Tral from last 3 days so it is becoming very difficult for us to to verify the original docs at facilitation centre at GDC Tral, Had to travel to awantipora to tweet this @JKgrievance @SyedAbidShah @shahfaesal

  @rsprasad Sir, Complaint registration number is 1049848974 had been given by bsnl many days ago. Today I received a sms by the said department that it has been solved. I called customer care & replied that can’t help. So requests your self look this matter!

  @ahmedalifayyaz I am reminded of 2014 floods, every alarm bells failed, people at helm of affairs was heard saying Govt is nowhere, administration has failed, I was surprisingly making alarms for rescue required in area but for deaf ears of administration. BSNL could never restore services

  @BSNLCorporate Appreciate your prompt response, i have done tons of followups with my local exchange, although i was the first customer for bsnl in tral to use broadband back in 2008, had to disconnect because of poor service and zero query response... @Bsnl_Kashmir @BSNLCorporate

  @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad I am using BSNL broadband. Service is very poor. Get disconnect any time. Upon complent, somehow manage to work and get disconnect again soon. I hv made complaint yesterday and today. GoI say most work can be done OnLine. How if service is poor?

  People to ditch BSNL in early 2000s. No once forced people to ditch their Telecom service provider 4 years ago. People did cz they thought they would be getting better service from elsewhere. Dts Choice/FREEDOM. & Freedom is fundamental idea of these new laws.

  @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Got the connection and modem but the modem is yet to configured.The MSO isn't able the to configure and this should be taken care from bsnl. But like always bsnl never cease to disappoint. Atleast do some work in this new year.
