Customer A/c ID is 1026254161. @consaff BSNL FTTH is out 10 days in any given month. This is serious violation of my consumer right. Please take stringent action on BSNL.

Kevin (@Comefeelme_9) reportedOne thing I have noticed with BSNL is that whenever there is a power cut in my area, my phone's network goes off and this does not happen with Airtel and Jio. It happens with BSNL. If the electricity of the area goes off, the network also goes off. @bsnl_care @JM_Scindia
