    @Youchangeee How you are saying? If they sleep will trains run? Bsnl works? Power supply available? Yes some people will be there who sees their personal interest. But Many are working sincerely. Also they are the one pays Tax properly on their income without fail

    @bsnl_care Also I've Emailed my issue to the circle office and raised complaint through helpline, i am requesting you please upgrade your network service and break the monopoly in this sector. Lacks of people not complaining because of just pathetic situation of bsnl customer support @TRAI
