@Youchangeee How you are saying? If they sleep will trains run? Bsnl works? Power supply available? Yes some people will be there who sees their personal interest. But Many are working sincerely. Also they are the one pays Tax properly on their income without fail

Whenever I call the customer care number, the first thing I see is that BSNL employees don't know how to talk to customers, and if I ask anything they ask me to search on google Are. Even after long search, I still could not find the answer.

If anyone would ask me which company provides the worst service in the world, my first answer would be BSNL. I want to take a new broadband connection from BSNL for which I have also applied online but it has been a month and I have not received any response.
