    @CMDBSNL  1st time they (BSNL, Tezpur) said problems in modem but a system engineer resolved the problem from BSNL Side. After 2 months same problem happened but till today no response from BSNL. 2 times I applied for BSNL Fiber connection but no response. Sir,do the needful.

    @CMDBSNL  I am Ankur from Nemcare Hospital Tezpur (Dist: Sonitpur, Assam, Pin :784001). We have BSNL PRI. We are paying our bill till today but last one year our incoming/outgoing are not working. Sir, I request you Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

    @BSNL_AS sir I have one issue in my no. From last month I'm unable to get incoming call and also SMS. I registered a complaint about that on 16th October, 2021. But till date BSNL not solved my problem. So help me sir and also upgrade BSNL customer care services as well as towerb

    I ported to @Airtel_Presence from @BSNLCorporate. Big mistake! No network at my office location which is ironical because bsnl jio idea everyone has range there
