    @CMDBSNL  I am Ankur from Nemcare Hospital Tezpur (Dist: Sonitpur, Assam, Pin :784001). We have BSNL PRI. We are paying our bill till today but last one year our incoming/outgoing are not working. Sir, I request you Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

    @CMDBSNL  1st time they (BSNL, Tezpur) said problems in modem but a system engineer resolved the problem from BSNL Side. After 2 months same problem happened but till today no response from BSNL. 2 times I applied for BSNL Fiber connection but no response. Sir,do the needful.

    @prohack @shantanugoel @airtelindia Yeah, BSNL is still doing it, Trying to push their horrible ads by hijacking http traffic. I literally just have to route all my http traffic over airtel LTE or VPN to side step this problem. I have complained about it before but they don't listen.

    @BSNLCorporate bsnl 3g network is shutdown from past two days.Till now it has not been resolved.Bsnl customer care are not giving any valid reason.Pincode-208022 Ratan lal nagar kanpur

    @BSNLwarriors123 Its tough to believe that if bsnl 4g is the solution for bsnl. Proper adequate spectrum , more number of e-node b and proper power backup systems . maximum up time these all are required.

    Can't even lodge a formal complaint on 198 as landline is not working. And then we wonder why BSNL is making losses and why it needs to be privatized. @CMDBSNL @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNL_MP_Circle @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate My landline number is 7544-292229, There is no internet from last 3 days, have lodged complaint also on bsnl portal (ref: 1056340205), still no internet. This is the service of fibre service of bsnl, no adressing of problem
