    @CMDBSNL  1st time they (BSNL, Tezpur) said problems in modem but a system engineer resolved the problem from BSNL Side. After 2 months same problem happened but till today no response from BSNL. 2 times I applied for BSNL Fiber connection but no response. Sir,do the needful.

    @CMDBSNL  I am Ankur from Nemcare Hospital Tezpur (Dist: Sonitpur, Assam, Pin :784001). We have BSNL PRI. We are paying our bill till today but last one year our incoming/outgoing are not working. Sir, I request you Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

    @ashwinppc25 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I switched from BSNL to Airtel a few days ago. My mobile number is 9460602828. I recharged for Rs 3999. The Airtel 5G network is in very poor condition. The mobile will display 5G, but data won't work. I never imagined Airtel's 5G network would be in such a bad state. Very bad 😔

    @JM_Scindia I have BSNL sim. Even sufficient data no frequent network in my location bajrangpuri, kumhrar, Patna is showing and you tube and online site always streaming. What should be expected Better service of BSNL or switch to pvt. Network?

    Ported to BSNL before travel to Australia trusting int'l roaming. After arriving, SIM shows “No Service” cause BSNL has no roaming partner here. Customer care asked to recharge multiple packs but nothing works. Why sell roaming packs then? @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @JM_Scindia

    @BSNLCorporate my BSNL fibernet connection not working since Wednesday, complaint booked. Nobody attended sofar. This is the service delivery standards of BSNL. This is not a remote location, GUNTUR city and District hq.

    These days, in the name of service, many companies have become completely careless. People buy products simply because they trust a reputed name like Godrej. However, by outsourcing service contracts to external agencies, these companies are damaging their own reputation. @GodrejAppliance, it’s time to fix this while you still can—otherwise it won’t take long to end up like MTNL or BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate why is my bsnl mobile number of West Bengal not functioning when I am in Mumbai. Is roaming banned for bsnl in Mumbai? Disastrous experience. Thank God, I have a second number from another service provider.
