@CMDBSNL 1st time they (BSNL, Tezpur) said problems in modem but a system engineer resolved the problem from BSNL Side. After 2 months same problem happened but till today no response from BSNL. 2 times I applied for BSNL Fiber connection but no response. Sir,do the needful.

The concerning part isn't the technical mechanism, it's that BSNL pushed a carrier settings update, a VoWiFi activation campaign, and a burst of OTA provisioning messages to devices, all within the same window. These land on your phone without you initiating anything. If you accepted the carrier update when prompted, your modem was silently re-initialised. Whether anyone on the network operations side considered device-side impact is a fair question.

@bsnl_care @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate BSNL signal has been completely lost in Sriram Nagar Colony, Kondapur, Hyderabad since yesterday. Such poor service from a Central Government telecom company is really disappointing. Customers are unable to make calls or use internet services.
