We are paying our bill till today but last one year our incoming/outgoing are not working. Sir, I request you Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

After 2 months same problem happened but till today no response from BSNL. 2 times I applied for BSNL Fiber connection but no response. Sir,do the needful.

I have BSNL broadband since 4 years, moved 2 states in between. No complaints in service except the closure/transfer process. Seen AE's respond immediately in both states.

Yogi (@abhiyogi) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia BSNL was the best! I had a BSNL in Karnataka and then MTNL sim (in Mumbai) and it was too good, and I used to get signal even in the most remote areas. Unfortunately private sector killed it and I had to switch to a private service provider
