    @CMDBSNL  1st time they (BSNL, Tezpur) said problems in modem but a system engineer resolved the problem from BSNL Side. After 2 months same problem happened but till today no response from BSNL. 2 times I applied for BSNL Fiber connection but no response. Sir,do the needful.

    @CMDBSNL  I am Ankur from Nemcare Hospital Tezpur (Dist: Sonitpur, Assam, Pin :784001). We have BSNL PRI. We are paying our bill till today but last one year our incoming/outgoing are not working. Sir, I request you Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

    @bsnl_care @CMDBSNL Respected Sir/Ma'am, 11 days have been passed but ther is no improvement in signals. Therefore, I'm still suffering from problems, i.e. No signal,Weak signal,No internet,Slow Internet each and every day on both of my BSNL mobile numbers. Complaint number is E28846175230

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care requesting you yet again to look into 4G network in pin code area 781024 It mostly downgrades to 2G Your network inside Guwahati airport terminal is non existent compelling people to buy Adani Network coupons 🙄 Should we stop using BSNL??

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Hi BSNL I am BSNL user and I feel it's got but some time I am angry 👿 because when I call any one then after 1 hour is completed call is automatically cut . It feels so ereted me so I request to improve call and data service. I also need information about wifi router .

    @bsnl_care Dear sir, BSNL self help app accepted payment though the plan is showing NA. Having accepted the receipt, why the amount is NOT refunded within 7 days as per your policy.

    @ICICI_Direct @ICICIBank_Care The ICICIDirect portal has not been opening on my end for the past two days. It works fine on mobile internet and when using tethered mobile data on my desktop, but it does not work on BSNL Broadband. Please help as soon as possible.

    @Theja79229Ravi @TARUNspeakss @DrSahil21 Exactly. People call out govt for monopolistic behaviour forget that companies like Idea and Hutch used to rule the segment. Even reliance had to closed their CDMA network despite giving lots of freebies . BSNL has been there for ages and yet its presence is scarce.

    I as a customer cannot escalate the matter to seniors in the company. There is no escalation matrics for a paying customer! The sad part is, the alternatives are BSNL or Jio Air Fiber which are equally bad!
