    @CMDBSNL  I am Ankur from Nemcare Hospital Tezpur (Dist: Sonitpur, Assam, Pin :784001). We have BSNL PRI. We are paying our bill till today but last one year our incoming/outgoing are not working. Sir, I request you Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

    @CMDBSNL  1st time they (BSNL, Tezpur) said problems in modem but a system engineer resolved the problem from BSNL Side. After 2 months same problem happened but till today no response from BSNL. 2 times I applied for BSNL Fiber connection but no response. Sir,do the needful.

    To ruin a business, take tips from @BSNL_AS. You have made individual contractors to provide internet connection, and now they don't answer calls when there are internet issues. How do you think we get support for what we are paying? #BSNL @BSNLCorporate

    2-Bsnl portal is too slow.. and the recharge doesn't show/ work? 3- I am using bsnl since long and my bank accounts use this no 4- But because of the extremely bad services by #BSNL Telecom, my payments and #office work keep getting stalled @JM_Scindia

    @BSNLCorporate i have lost my phone and customer care isnt helping me block sim. It’s late in night and they are asking me to go to bsnl center which won’t open till tomorrow

    China Mobile is a state owned enterprise. Clearly showing that the problem is not state control but the state itself, Now compare it with BSNL 5jeets will cry privatize it saar

    @BSNLCorporate sir hamne bsnl selfcare application download ki hai but teek se work nhi kr rhi. Recharge dekhne ke liye Recharge ke option per click krne ke baad you are not a bsnl user aa rha hai. Customer care service per call per bhi problem solve nhi ho rhi

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I have applied for a BSNL fiber connection on 7 April 2026. Done advance online payment of 999, generated CAF and allotted land line number but the local team have not installed any wire and activated my connection. Tired of calling them. Help

    @BSNLCorporate I’ve visited multiple BSNL offices to get the ₹1 SIM, but staff keep saying “out of stock” or “offer not available,” even after customer care confirmed it. Can you confirm if I can get the ₹1 SIM in Jayanagar 4th Block?

    Kindly @ACTFibernet pls take back ur service, Literally, worst ever broadband after bsnl , don’t buy this service, not immediate response, we need to wait atleast 12 to 20 hrs for their response, don’t buy🙏

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Today we gave a porting request to #BSNL. Your employees told that after 3 days, once the SIM is activated, to recharge ₹1 thru online. But ₹1 recharge is not available online. When will it be available online. If not, pls help. Otherwise, we have to cancel porting request.
