    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP BSNL should tell me in black and white that they failed to provide proper service to our consumer and consumer should go for another private service or find one proper permanent solution.

    @TheMrPhone @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @reliancejio Me @VodafoneIN not atall once the lock down get finish my first think to my sim with BSNL even bsnl giving good data speed at 3g.

    Is the BSNL selfcare app any separate entity from BSNL that the customer care doesn't know anything about it? My transaction failed on the self care app with the money deducted, but @BSNLCorporate customer care doesn't know anything about the app! Pathetic!

    @JioCare @LaxmanbhaiParm9 I also request people to switch to Airtel & Vodafone & BSNL& MTNL this all operator are proving good network to all people. But jio is falling day by day because of there poor network. I switch to Airtel & Vodafone. First I was using Jio but poor connection.

    Hey @BSNL_CHTD can you guys help me with downgrade of my bsnl FTTH plan ? I don't want to go bsnl office and write a letter to downgrade, this CHANGE OF PLANS option should be integrated within the BSNL app itself not sure why it's removed. TIA.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL landline and broadband not able to pay the bill. Two postpaid mobile bills already paid though. Any reason why it's not working for landline. Tried using Paytm, gpay, mobikwik also. None works. Please resolve the issue ASAP. Thanks.

    @bsnlupe I am BSNL services user with mobile 📲 +919415049053 UP East circle but I have sorry to say that network is disappear from yesterday. Please direct your technical team to resolve this issue in the interest of BSNL UP East users.

    @BSNL_TN ,@BSNLCorporate ,on 15/04/2022 i visited YELAGIRI Hills(Tamilnadu,Vellor dt) with my family and stayed for 2 days ,we are using bsnl network ,no network coverage over their.We feld very bad bcz cant able to make calls and receive calls.#touristspot,#bsnl

    @BSNL_OR dear sir, BSNL Broadband is not working since morning . No body is responding phone calls. Horrible .. maximum time Sunday only no network in Rangamatia DHPL SaHoo residency Bhubaneswar area. Kindly look into it.otherwise going to disconnect.
