    @SachinKohadkar Respected Sir I would like to bring to your notice that approx 20 Bsnl broadband connection are dead since June 3 2020 cyclone. Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

    @BSNL_OR An additional amount for rent of ONT device is being charged to me every month, though Bsnl has not supplied it. This problem continues from Jan2020. I have complained several times with no effect.
