    @SachinKohadkar Respected Sir I would like to bring to your notice that approx 20 Bsnl broadband connection are dead since June 3 2020 cyclone. Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP BSNL should tell me in black and white that they failed to provide proper service to our consumer and consumer should go for another private service or find one proper permanent solution.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare your network engineer denied to resolve my issue & insisted BSNL will need to fix this. I have a VI sim, why the hell would BSNL look into this? I WILL EXPOSE PHONE NUMBERS OF ALL THE ENGINEERS INVOLVED, IF YOU FAIL TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM.

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Respected sir/ma'am,i 9025625532 switched from airtel to bsnl 2days ago, i am suffering from then due to no service error and extremely low signal calls connects after 10 seconds even messages too, Internet colsignal stays at E/H, please let me port out.

    @BSNL_KTK This is the reality of bsnl even if you have recharged 365rs 1year validity pack you will have to recharge unlimited pack or they will remove the signal if we call Customer care they will tell we have reset ur settings switch off & on ur mobile after 1hr. Same thing continues.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan bad service, my complaint closed without resolve the issue. And constomer care told me visit bsnl office. Complaint no 1054235231. No option to complain again in portal .We need to visit office and complaint for it. Poor service and support.
