    @SachinKohadkar Respected Sir I would like to bring to your notice that approx 20 Bsnl broadband connection are dead since June 3 2020 cyclone. Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP BSNL should tell me in black and white that they failed to provide proper service to our consumer and consumer should go for another private service or find one proper permanent solution.

    @Ravisutanjani Look at the service. I have 2 BSnL in family. With that number unable to register UPI complaint was done multiple times but no solution. Finally shifted to Vodafone.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL 3. So we tried calling #BSNL cust care by dialing 1503, but the call doesn't connect to, but hangs. By mistake if it connects, it is getting disconnected within few secs. Then how the hell cust will reach cust care. #BSNL mobile service is lousy. 4/5

    Very disappointing BSNL network in Mumbai, especially in Kalina–Santacruz. Daily no signal, call drops, and poor internet. Left with no option but to port my SIM. @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @JM_Scindia

    @bsnl_care This docket number is also just a formality, from management to customer care, everything is poor, #BSNL is making profits by looting money from customers, this is just loot in the name of #4G.

    @InvestorOfJAMMU @grok Most of these budgets probably goes into overhauling the network with indigenous gears. But BSNL as a core telecom company doesn't make any sense, should be taken over by private company or should be a stake sale.

    @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Continuously trying to reach #BSNL cust care at 1503. The call is not getting connected, or in case it gets connected, it is being disconnected l within few secs, or we are not able to hear each other. How to restart ue cust care. Pls help.
