    @SachinKohadkar Respected Sir I would like to bring to your notice that approx 20 Bsnl broadband connection are dead since June 3 2020 cyclone. Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP BSNL should tell me in black and white that they failed to provide proper service to our consumer and consumer should go for another private service or find one proper permanent solution.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle Last month I requested for service for Fibre through BSNL balod office, I paid 6000/- as requested for 100GB plan, my plan got over so I recharged top up plan, but now I have got 1100/- rs bill, could you please explain me other charges.

    What if still today you were forced to use BSNL at a MSP price with poor internet connectivity. That's what gov. Mandis are right now in the hands of Middle man.

    @CMDBSNL I am using Broadband service with telephone number 02625252313. I want to inform you that Bsnl connection mostly remains out of service. Now from last more than a week,. It stopped working. . and I am tired of doing tweet and calls to bsnl service. I hope you take some action.

    @BSNLCorporate @ErosNow a sim upgrade request was raised yesterday for upgrade to 4G, working sim was submitted to main exchange bsnl Aligarh, but upgraded sim still not activated now i don't have my sim and bsnl number as it is submitted. Please resolve the issue.

    @BSNLCorporate My landline number with STD code is 04254296380.For the past 2 weeks my internet isn't working. I have contacted your customer service twice, I have called the line man twice, and I have also tweeted in the BSNL Tamilnadu Twitter profile. But I am not getting any help

    @Cheeku4Life Ohh ok. Actually we have only two options BSNL and Railtel. Railtel service is good compared to BSNL. In big cities there are many broadband providers like Airtel, Act fiber, Jio Gigafiber so there Railtel may not be able to compete with them.

    @TRAI #BSNL is doing unethical practices with consumers in Nagaon Assam. Request TRAI and the Dept. of Telecommunications to reach out to me and help me with my concern as the customer care and the officials are really very unhelpful.
