@SachinKohadkar Respected Sir I would like to bring to your notice that approx 20 Bsnl broadband connection are dead since June 3 2020 cyclone. Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

@inves4_com @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have BSNL Broadband, the other day net was. On calling the support, the agent said issue will be resolved within 24hrs. Actual issue resolution in less than 4 hrs. Was pleasantly surprised and also rarely faced outages

@BSNL_OR You need to restore the BSNL exchange in Brahmabarada. Can't bear with the regular outage. And your employees behaviour and response, better not to discuss.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, The BSNL OFL broadband service in Bhopal is awful and is constantly disrupted. The local BSNL office isn't taking any interest in seeking a permanent solution. Complaints to CGM's office are not responded too. Tel no. 0755-2928183.

Choosing @bsnlupe is not a crime why #BSNL not careing his subscribers there is so network issue in kanpur like metro (Industrial) city where lacs of subscribers are there.
