Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

Closing it saying "Contact your nearest BSNL office." Happened to me too many times already. Can't gather enough slang to hurl at them. I feel you.
