@BSNLCorporate I wish BSNL is privatized I have been complaining of BUSINESS LANDLINE 0866-2567054 for lot of disturbance & always they close the ticket without clearing issue ystday they said the lines are old and cannot get better voice if needed continue or change landline no.

@AnuragAgrawalMD @netshrink Exactly. My parents waited 7 years after booking to get their MTNL landline. We still have a BSNL landline, but changed broadband from BSNL to ACT, the difference in service is so stark it isn't funny. Certain areas are best provided by govt, and healthcare is one. Not telecom!

When contacting the DGM for South Goa there is no answer, officials at BSNL at various levels of management block customer numbers to avoid calls, BSNL India worst service ever. Get your act together before you go bust.@BSNLCorporate

Four months and several complaints later, BSNL fails to resolve the issue. When registering complaints, the assurance is complaints will be addressed within 48 hours, four months on, we still struggle with connectivity. @BSNLCorporate

@rsprasad Hon'ble Shri Ravishankar Prasad Sir, My self Jigar from Rajkot-Gujarat I am TIP of BSNL. In Rajkot city many local cable operator are not distribute our fiber cable to customer end and they are DON in local area and many issues regarding LOCAL CABLE OPERATOR.Please Help
