BSNL must improve its service quality and coverage to attract customers, as this would be a great benefit to the public.

Consistent speeds, negligible downtime & fast support cuz of tie-ups with local cable operators. Comway, digitech, Bsnl, Rcom, Jio fiber etc were all terrible

I am not in a remote locality. I live in Hyd. If we get a BSNL mobile tower in our area there are many people who are literally waiting to port to BSNL. BUT BSNL NEVER. CARES.
