I ported to BSNL Tamil Nadu. If you call 8928323328 you will get the message either switched off or out of network area.

I raised the issue of not receiving BSNL signals in mumbai, whereas you have advertised it being Available. How relevant is the remark !... Shame ... BSNL staff has been reduced from 180,000 to below 60,000 - a trend being seen in many PSUs but they will not be privatized.
