@BSNLCorporate My sim card got crashed and i went for sim replacement to Hyderabad Tarnaka bsnl office, they given new sim on 6-2-2023,today 9th but still not active . I don't know what's the problem is, even office staff also not able to trace what's the problem is...

@oneplus @OnePlus_IN my OnePlus 10T is very slow when connected to @BSNLCorporate FTTH of modem named ALPHION. The OnePlus 10T works flawlessly with other BSNL FTTH modem except our home wifi with the ALPHION modem! The same wifi works fine with my OnePlus 10R. Is it device issue

Pathetic service, lazy & useless employees. That's #BSNL for you. Raised a complaint a year back that stayed unresolved so you can't raise complaint on their app again. last 4 days half of the time no internet and half of the time 1-2% of my speed limit.
