    @BSNLCorporate applied for new broadband connection but seems that BSNL is not very keen to serve or offer the service!! @rsprasad that is pathetic condition of BSNL now

    @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR Worse experience ever first of all due to power backup bsnl is unable to run their 3g sites now the only option is 2g ,But from last three days 2g network has also gone.Please look into it and resolve it as soon as possible. Fatehabad 125050.

    BSNL landline stopped working. Called up the customer care and regd complaint via IVR. Landline repaired within an hour, the lineman even requested to call him directly and not register the fault on the helpline in case of further faults. Upar se sakthi chalu hai.

    @BSNL_JKD I have bought a bsnl prepaid sim recently for my mom i am getting upset calling from last night always telling this number doesnot exit. Very poor service in my location (kukru block, Ichadih) Dist: seraikela kharsawan Plz try to improve your service🙏

    @cmdbbnl @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir mera BSNL FIBER NET abhi v nhi chal rha... Mujhy kisi v technical team ne contact nhi kiya aur mujhy message send kr diya gya ki your problem has been resolved.

    @BSNL_OR since last 36 hour There is no broadband service in our area. No bsnl staff are responding. Very 3rd class service

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle next time I didn't want to do the recharge to my BSNL prepaid sim I will be port it out because till three days I didn't getting 3g network even to make phone calls and also data is going to be waste please say what are the procedures to port into

    4 days but no one has called for that also. The most 3rd grade service possible. Even Bsnl broadband has better service honestly. @reliancejio is only increasing customer base with 0 service.
