    @ajay43 V r witnessing this already in telecom sector. Even in urban centres connectivity is so poor. B4 when BSNL used 2 b there the rural network was fantastic. That's also gone. U can even see how they hike their tariffs slowly nowadays.

    @BaluGorade I use BSNL only since I started using mobile in 2001. But signal strength is low in many places, even at the tower.

    @yabhishekhd I have to research V! & BSNL before the new year as the validity of both SIM cards is ending soon. Whenever I recharge V! & BSNL, I always end up paying more or selecting unwanted plans because of the hurry to recharge. This time, I should sit down and research this.

    @BaluGorade BSNL customer service is humiliating, their employees behaviour is pathetic towards customers. Nobody wants to go through humiliation when better options are available even though it costs high.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD , I wanted to port my number to BSNL and I went to your Newtown office for the same since last 2 days and I was returned telling that the "app hasn't been working since a week", amazing work BSNL👏👏. You can't fix an app in a week?
