    Moreover, it takes 2-3 days for BSNL to update payments received in the system. The #BharatFiber claims to be the fastest internet, but a BSNL seems itself working with quite a slow system. Hope to see improvement in your system and to get #e-receipt from BSNL soon. @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate No battery was coming at bsnl office last 2 years how much time to battery bank arrive i talk to bsnl office and he said he complaint many times last 2 years but no person solve their problems and bsnl provide ftth service but no service available in our area

    @BSNLCorporate Issue still persist despite of that hard effort Downtime continued Fri - whole night Saturday - whole night Monday - 1-8pm Wednesday - no internet since morning Do you think it's worth considering bsnl over other ISP? #disappointed #poorcustomerservice

    Hi @BSNL_UKD I have been getting wrong bill since taking BSNL broad band service. I have made application for the correction in the local office but still no progress from almost 1 month & got the wrong bill again. Could you please help? Thanks
