    @MobiKwik On 21/11/22 I have done 108/- recharge via mobiwik (Operator ref no. - 3291327158). Still the recharge is not credited in my account. So, I also contact bsnl customer care but they told me the recharge is not done. But mobiwik is not return my amount..bad service

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD The call has been drumming for the past fifteen days. All bsnl customers are having this problem. Talking for a few seconds, the phone rang. Fix this problem quickly.

    Hey @BSNLCorporate @maha_bsnl, I visited the BSNL office in Wadsa Desaiganj, Maharashtra to upgrade my physical SIM to an eSIM. The staff flatly refused, claiming "humare yaha nahi hota." eSIM is a standard service now. Please help me get this resolved ASAP! Contact no 9422150597

    @BSNLCorporate Finally I could port out from the worst @bsnl_care . I had to wait for three months, three months is technical and one month because of malpractice at BSNL end.

    Took a review of pending HR issues of BSNL employees today with senior officers of @BSNLCorporate and @DoT_India. Directed that employee grievances be addressed promptly and no legitimate issue remain pending without resolution.     Wonder of the BSNL Service! BSNL NETWORK is not working properly in the village of Kattingia, Daringbadi. Along with this, only those people who have 4G Enable Mobile in this area can talk on the phone and those who use 2G/3G Sim Mobile/Keypad Mobile Users can't talk to anyone?
