@MobiKwik On 21/11/22 I have done 108/- recharge via mobiwik (Operator ref no. - 3291327158). Still the recharge is not credited in my account. So, I also contact bsnl customer care but they told me the recharge is not done. But mobiwik is not return my amount..bad service

@bsnl_care The bsnl employees in surkikal exchange under calcutta telephones at Howrah West Bengal are working hand in glove with the local service franchisee . I am not getting my router back taken for repairs under warranty. Neither i have received invoice for new router.

Maintaining a dual SIM is painful you are literally paying double. And you can’t disconnect one due to poor network coverage in native areas. These providers including BSNL are looting. Simple calling plan, feels like basic is missing !

@bsnl_care Hello BSNL care team BSNL should appoint permanent lineman technical support team to check OFC line in SKTT road lahoul Pangi district Chamba Himachal Pradesh. So permanent lineman team restore 4G service in Pangi valley soon.
