    @CRED_support I have done a mobile prepaid recharge BSNL. Recharge is not done but you are saying it's done. And now you are asking for proof that recharge is not done. From where do I get the proof recharge is not done.Bsnl cx support they can't do anything as they have no idea

    @devusinh @BSNL_GJ Appreciate Gov resolve to revive bsnl. But customer service remains pathetic. Went for MNP@CSC Vastrapur. Payment in Cash, Rs 20 for SIM card, plan of Their Choice (no Rs 397 plan for MNP). No Receipt! Will customers return to BSNL, Pl do something.

    Sir, I am Deepa from Kerala. Working in Jio telecaller. There is net issue in many districts in Kerala. Many go to other sim Vi, Airtal and BSNL. More towers are required as net problems in Kerala are severe. Similarly, our schemes are beyond the reach of the poor.
