    Dear @BSNLCorporate , I can't recharge my father's mobile number on upi apps and on bsnl prepaid portal as well. On portal, it shows as "invalid service class". Please do help 🙏

    I switched to @BSNL_HR from airtel with a thought to support the local, unfortunately since the day my number ported I'm unable to use the internet. call center, complaints everything done. JTO karnal is also not helpful to resolve this. @BSNLCorporate #BSNL

    @bumbab1009 Due to OFC cut by various agencies working by the roadside, interruption is faced in network. However BSNL team tries to restore the network in minimum time possible.

    @BSNLCorporate I'm from Munderwa Lohadar- Basti Uttar pradesh and here we get very poor bsnl network quality no 3g service available in fact 2g also works like wrost. I request pls improve connectivity at my location. Thank you!

    @BSNLCorporate Still now problem not clear, today shutdown for electricity morning 9.00am to 5.30pm bsnl signal are zero, No network's, many more times complicated, process Zeroooo... really worsted communication company. No 1 company today shutdown.

    BSNL has been worst service provider in my area... In the age of 4G, we are not even getting proper network. We always see hours of network down in a day. And broadband service is also not that good. We rarely see stable broadband speed @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @DoT_India

    @BSNL_PB 0172 2924080 is the effected BSNL landline number and broadband which always has an issue. You can call on 9815197011 to arrange a visit . People are forced to have another private internet connection because of the bad service
