    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate For the last 10-12 days I'm facing critical network issues in my BSNL no. 9734105177. I couldn't able to call or receive through my BSNL no., During Internet surfing, couldn't able to open websites,pages, YouTube or even WhatsApp for the whole day.

    @BSNLCorporate FROM 21/5/2022 TO TILL NOW AT NANDAKUMAR WEST BENGAL PIN - 721632. 24 hours BSNL HAS no phone connection. If BSNL cannot provide SERVICE then the government should close down BSNL company. MOBILE acts as a medium of communication in the life of each of us.

    @BSNLCorporate i have installed the ftth bsnl fiber at my residence with a 100 mbps plan but everyday there is service outage, what is the reason for this and why i haven't seen any resolution.....i am incapacitated without the fiber internet everyday this is really frustrating.

    @csrengarajan @FCSJigarShah Rangarajan, I fully agree with you. In fact, I am aware that in 2004-5 when telecom service providers like BSNL/ Spice/ Reliance were cutting down capital cost to fight for survival, Tata Telecom did not compromise on the infrastructure and ethics. Respect.

    @ramuduchary @JioCare This the pet line of these customer service representatives and they copy paste it everywhere.. no customer support no professionalism nothing.. jio is the worst telecom service provider this country has ever seen That includes BSNL also
