@threshold20n @sandeep_PT bsnl's decline started when they were denied 4g spectrum and allowed jio to claim leadership of the market,all the usual complaints abt bsnl such as poor customer service doesnt matter in mobile services as ppl buy the plans from 3rd party vendors,not directly from bsnl itself.

@BSNL_KTK The customer premises is at a distances of around 2.5kms from the highway. There is no BSNL fibre network to that location. The BSNL Franchise M/s Xtreme Computer has also not extended the fibre network till that location.

@bsnlbroadband @BSNLCorporate field agents marking issues as resolved on the portal but non of the issues are resolved on the ground. Very pathetic service by bsnl. Promised for 150 mpbs speed, not even getting 100 mbps internet speed.

@sandeep_PT When i was a student and had some trouble with BSNL broadband ... I was shocked reaching the office... The main officer was drinking in the main room... Atleast dont blame pvt firms for that

@BSNLCorporate i want to downgrade my fibre plan to basic from basic plus because m not getting good speed there is no option on online portal so i raised a complaint regarding this on online portal they replied that i have to submit application in bsnl office and closed complait

Offices and people have no means of communication because BSNL cannot connect landline at home with mobile phones. This problem is acute in rural areas where elderly people with longer lifespans and children are cut off from the earning family member.

@sandeep_PT I am Still waiting for BSNL to deploy 4G, while entire nation enjoys 4G from private players. Visit any BSNL office, they are least bothered about customer. If I say I’m exiting landline, GSM or broadband, they simply give a send off. No customer retention thought.
