I ended up at my Relative's house in another city to work & today when I return network is still not restored. @DoT_India @consaff 1/2

Customer A/c ID is 1026254161. @consaff BSNL FTTH is out 10 days in any given month. This is serious violation of my consumer right. Please take stringent action on BSNL.
