@BSNL_OR taking complains to bsnl customer care executive is like taking complains to an inefficient king, they will listen according to their mood and they will disconnect without even asking you. And people are crying against privatisation of public sector institutions. Grow up

@FutureEquals Who is selling what? 75 years after Independence we are still not a Developed country. India has to adopt - success formula of South Korea, Taiwan, China etc. You change Home Broadband to BSNL and then you will salute Modi. No one will come to fix any issues - you need to beg.

The financial condition of BSNL is not right in my country as well as their officer is not able to talk, I did my recharge of 139 on 14-10-2022 and till date My account is saying suspended, if I tell customer care to talk to the senior, then he says talk to him tomorrow.
